Server knew a lot about celiac and the manager even came down to warn me that there is flour everywhere in the kitchen. It looked so good I took a chance against my better judgement. The gluten free crust is an additional $5 and I was pretty badly glutened here. The speakeasy is a great place to get drinks but I wouldn’t recommend the pizza even though it is delicious. I was very sick for 2 days.

CARELESS STAFF- WAS GLUTENED HERE. Staff did not know anything about allergens, could not tell me if there was gluten or eggs in the dishes. After he asked around, we established that I could eat the gluten free pizza. After a lengthy discussion about gluten we ordered one gluten free pizza and two appetizers. The waiter came back to the table 5 minutes after we ordered and said “you wanted the gluten free pizza right?” We said yes. When the pizza came out, it looked way too good to be gluten free but I thought, this is a super well reviewed pizza place so maybe the have just perfected the gf pizza. Plus our waiter had double checked that we wanted gf. After taking two bites of the pizza, the waiter ran out to our table stating that the pizza he gave us was NOT gluten free. The waiter did not understand how big of an issue it was, did not discount our food at all or apologize. We ate here in October 2022 and it’s now 2023 and I’m still recovering from this.

Not Celiac friendly. Waiter knew very little about gluten free items & concerns.

Delicious! The atmosphere is fantastic and the food a mix of inviting flavors. I had the La Parisienne gluten free, enjoyed oysters and the Thai sausage lettuce wraps which were heavenly. The gluten free crust is light and crispy. While I was jealous a bit of the regular crust, mine still delivered an amazing bite.

Staff was very knowledgeable and our food arrived as we had specified. Great experience!
I would not and did not eat the gluten-free pizza here due to cross-contamination concerns. That said, they have plenty of other delicious gluten-free options on their menu. I loved what I ate, and the staff was very helpful in pointing me towards the items they could safely make without contamination.
Yes
I've been a few times and have been dosed more than half of those. Their GF crust is some of the best I've had but it's not worth the cross-contamination risk to keep going.

Knowledgeable staff, many items can be made GF by omitting particular ingredients. They do not have a gluten free menu, so you do have to ask the server, but the impression I have gotten is that the staff have received adequate training to answer questions. I have eaten here twice, found the food delicious, and have not gotten sick.
Yes
Staff knew their stuff. I got the "Old Reliable" pizza (basically sauce, cheese, and parmasean). THEY MAKE THEIR OWN CRUST FROM SCRATCH HERE according to the waiters. $4 upcharge for GF, but worth it if you miss regular crust. It's still a thin crust- by not a beany cracker like most UDI's. Tastes even better the next day reheated! Can also easily be folded like NY pizza! Note: stay away from the Korean BBQ pizza as it is unable to be made GF (meat marinated in soy sauce, and soy sauce sauce).
The best gluten free crust we've had. Beautiful restaurant. Menu doesn't specify what is and isn't gluten free, but servers have been very knowledgeable.
