I ordered a pizza and they didn't make it a different location. They also used the same spoon as what they used in the other pizzas. The person did put on gloves.

I’ve been here twice and love this place so much! The cheese gluten-free pizza is incredible and the staff takes special care to wipe down surfaces and use a completely different pizza cutter. I cannot wait to go back! Also, the atmosphere is amazing!

Staff very friendly. They had no issue doing a gf crust (believe Udis). And they did new sauce with new gloves however rest of ingredients were the same. Had no celiac issues however the pizza was tasteless.

"It is possible that there may be trace amounts of flour among our toppings. Our team members would be happy to change their gloves and build your pizza in a separate prep area in the back upon request if you are allergic to gluten. Gluten-free pizzas are baked in an aluminum tray to promote easy identification and reduced gluten contact. However, since we do work around flour all day and ALL pizzas are baked in the same oven, we can not guarantee that trace particles of flour and/or gluten are not in and around gluten-free items."
It was nice to be able to order pizza again. It's not cheap, but I could order a pizza which is gluten free, dairy free (w/Daiya), and plant based/vegan. And it was yummy!
Yes
My son with Celiac hasn’t gotten glutened here after eating here probably 20 times, but my brother has, so just watch your topppings. If you tell them that you have Celiac they will prepare your pizza seaparately to avoid cross contamination. Don’t get the sausage or meatballs even though the ingredient list says they are GF.
The other review is wrong - NOT all of the gelatos are Gf.
Yes
Gluten free dough is prepared in a separate location. Cooked in aluminum pan in the wood fired oven away from other pizzas. Prepared first and cut in a designated gluten free area of the kitchen. Taste is amazing. Gelato is all gluten free as well. ( I’m new to eating GF, but feel very the staff was very knowledge)
They have a GF separated oven, however the utensils used for the marinara sauce and cheese are shared with the gluten pizza prep station.

Love this place. Always takes precautions by asking allergy or preference when ordering. Glove change and pizza prepared in a separate area. One of the best tasting pizzas I’ve had too.

Very nice about it; let them know it’s an allergy not a preference and they will make the pizza in the back where it is not in a contaminated area up front. they also have small packaged ceaser salads (no croutons) and of course the gelato is GF

They asked if it was allergy or preference. They made the GF pizzas in the back. The restaurant had the serve safe allergy certificates displayed. 3 gelato flavors were GF! Great food and service.
