They have a GF crust and prepare your pizza in a designated room. I’ve been here many times and the pizza is good.

I have been here a few times with no problems. I tell them I have gluten allergy and they make my pizza in the back to avoid cross contamination. I am celiac and very cautious. This is one of the few places I eat out. Very happy with their service.

Beware: The other location has bad reviews. I didn’t see that til just now. However, we had a good experience.
We were on the road all day and hadn’t eaten and rushed to make it there about 10 minutes before they closed. They were nice enough to make our order. I noticed she wrote something down and went to the back. They made my pizza on an aluminum pan but the same oven.
My partner and I both enjoyed our pizzas. Make sure you eat it hot. And always ask questions about procedures if you’re unsure!

"It is possible that there may be trace amounts of flour among our toppings. Our team members would be happy to change their gloves and build your pizza in a separate prep area in the back upon request if you are allergic to gluten. Gluten-free pizzas are baked in an aluminum tray to promote easy identification and reduced gluten contact. However, since we do work around flour all day and ALL pizzas are baked in the same oven, we can not guarantee that trace particles of flour and/or gluten are not in and around gluten-free items."
They offer gluten free crust, and will ask if it's a serious allergy. If so, they make it in the back, clean the oven a bit, then your pizza gets baked in a separate tray. I had no reactions to the meal whatsoever.
I love this place. I try to come at a slow time, and the manager now recognizes me. She is already changing her gloves and has a pencil and paper ready to take my order to the back before I reach the counter. Jennifer is extremely diligent! She keeps my pizza away from others in the oven, she sweeps before my pizza is in the oven, and doesn’t sweep again until after my pizza is out. They have dedicated cutting equipment in the front, and they have a dedicated space in the back using ingredients not on the line to prevent cross contamination. I love their pizzas, and Jennifer has kept me safe!
Yes
They have a list of their ingredients and allergens that they contain. They asked me if I am Gluten Free by choice or allergy. I told them allergy and they asked if I wanted my pizza made in the back (to avoid cross contamination). The process of my husband having a regular pizza while mine is GF seems to cause some confusion as to how to make them ready at the same time (hasn’t happened either time we’ve been there). I haven’t gotten sick either time so that’s a plus!! I am not Celiac so I can’t speak to that but I usually notice cross contamination. I would suggest going when they won’t be busy because the end result might not be a good one.
They have a GF separated oven, however the utensils used for the marinara sauce and cheese are shared with the gluten pizza prep station.

Love this place. Always takes precautions by asking allergy or preference when ordering. Glove change and pizza prepared in a separate area. One of the best tasting pizzas I’ve had too.

Very nice about it; let them know it’s an allergy not a preference and they will make the pizza in the back where it is not in a contaminated area up front. they also have small packaged ceaser salads (no croutons) and of course the gelato is GF

They asked if it was allergy or preference. They made the GF pizzas in the back. The restaurant had the serve safe allergy certificates displayed. 3 gelato flavors were GF! Great food and service.

The staff seemed knowledgeable about cross contamination and separate cooking areas, which is great and appreciated! I did not get sick. However the pizza had no flavor at all. Unlikely I will eat here again.
