I had a great experience here. They changed gloves, used separate toppings that are not contaminated, and prepared the pizza in a separate area. When I said I needed gf they asked me if I wanted the pizza prepared separately with no cc. Will definitely go back!
Love the fact that they have a dedicated area to prepare gluten-free pizza, as well as dedicated tools. There's no chance of cross-contamination. This is my celiac daughters favorite restaurant. We eat there frequently and never have had a problem.
Knew wxactly what he was doing. They do not double dip with regular pizza spoons or use their same space. It is all seperate for gluten-free.
We went here based on prior reviews and were so disappointed. First and foremost the attitude we received from multiple workers Saturday 7.14.18 was ridiculous. I honestly felt that energy right away, but add gluten free formalities and the annoyance grew. The pizza was limp/under-cooked in the middle and burnt on the crust. My entire family of 4 (we all eat GF) did not enjoy their pizza. So disappointed.
Great place for my whole family. The pizzas are great. After reading the reviews I felt confident about eating there. However the person who took my order must have been new. She took my order and asked it I had a gluten allergy which I said yes. She asked if I wanted my pizza done there or in back. I said where ever it safe since cross contamination was a big issue for my health. She said she would use all clean itemsbthwn disappeared. I then went to the end where she seemed lost. When she added the vinegar she used one that was already there, which I heard the previous customer had as well but then I thought maybe I heard wrong. While on the toppings she was not sure what was safe but another employee let us know. After writing this I am now thinking they used gloves to put the toppings on regular pizza crust. After we ate they picked up the trays all together, which made me think they either mark it on the bottom or they use the same pan for all pizzas. We we're on vacation and not likely be in the area again but find out.
I went here for lunch. After watching how much cross contamination was going on I decided to just order a salad. I asked for it gluten free. The guy handling the pizza dough just grabs a handful of spinach. I asked him if he could stop and change his gloves and start over because I needed it gluten free. He rolled his eyes, dumped the spinach back got new gloves and grabbed the same spinach he had before. I was not impressed and wont be going back
I’m a regular here. The gluten free crust is a little more expensive, but it’s great quality. They also have vegan cheese as an option, which is mandatory for me. The staff and the atmosphere are also pleasant. This is the only pizza place I go to now.
Their pizza is fantastic!! I said I had an allergy and they knew just what to do. Washed hands, put new gloves on, and told me they would get my ingredients from the back. I felt safe, it was reasonably priced, and I had leftovers for the next day. I will def be going back!
Excellent service, very knowledgeable on cross contamination. Just specify it’s for an allergy instead of preference and they’ll make your pizza in the back, away from the main line, and they will bake it with a protective shield around it and cut it with a clean pizza cutter. I’ve eaten at Your Pie before, a different location, but this location is the best I’ve had so far. The crust was tender and very good. I highly recommend this restaurant!!!!
They have a list of their ingredients and allergens that they contain. They asked me if I am Gluten Free by choice or allergy. I told them allergy and they asked if I wanted my pizza made in the back (to avoid cross contamination). The process of my husband having a regular pizza while mine is GF seems to cause some confusion as to how to make them ready at the same time (hasn’t happened either time we’ve been there). I haven’t gotten sick either time so that’s a plus!! I am not Celiac so I can’t speak to that but I usually notice cross contamination. I would suggest going when they won’t be busy because the end result might not be a good one.
Check out their website for a complete list of ingredients and allergen info (more complete than any restaurant I've seen!). Not a dedicated oven but they will do their best to avoid cross-contamination. GF crust is amazing AND they have Daiya vegan cheese!! Plus dairy free Gelato options!
Great gluten free pizza! They prepare it in the back kitchen to avoid cross contamination. They bring it out and put it in the shared oven but it is in ya own foil pan so it doesn’t touch anything. The crust was very soft and not too crunchy like most gf crust. I ate there about 10 hours ago and have not felt any symptoms.
Gluten free crust is available and pre-made. When I requested gluten free, I was immediately asked if it was an allergy. When I said it was, I was then asked if I needed it made in the back, away from where all the regular ones are made. I requested that, and he brought it out for me to look at before baking to make sure everything was as I had ordered it. They do go in a common oven but the gf crust is in its own tin. I liked the texture of the crust a lot. My friend thought it was "just ok".

Had the gluten-free BBQ chicken, and it was amazing! Delicious crust. The owner was very friendly and nice and explained everything to us about how they make the gluten free pizzas separately from the other flour to minimize the chance of cross contamination. Will return frequently.
Staff was very knowledgeable about gluten. As soon as we said celiac, prep switched to another employee in a separate area. They were happy to answer our questions about cross contact. There's a $4 upcharge for gluten free but it's worth it. We will definitely eat here again.
We decided to eat here last-minute during our vacation based on some reviews here. When we walked in, two guys were Rossi g pizza crust at the line. Gluten-filled pizzas were going directly into the wood fire oven. Flour. Everywhere. Oh. No. My husband ordered his regular pizza and I stood there terrified... BUT THEN... I meekly asked, “I need a gluten free pizza. How would that work here?” The guy immediately asked, “Allergy or preference?” And as soon as I confirmed Allergy, he removed his gloves and asked what I wanted on it. A sign identifying gluten-containing toppings was clearly posted, so I knew what to avoid. He wrote down my order and prepared my pizza on a gluten free crust in a separate room. When he came back, the pizza was in its own rimmed pan and it baked in that, not touching the oven surface like the regular pizzas. I know that cross contamination was still a possibility, but I haven’t reacted that I can tell. I so pleased with the care given to my order, and my pizza was delicious!
Great pizza, very careful with GF orders. Ingredients listed for crust, prepped separately from regular pizza, baked on its own aluminum pan. Almost every topping is gf, dairy free also available. Had the butternut squash pie, all the toppings were super fresh. Staff checked on us after we ate to see if everything was ok for me. As safe as they can make it for a pizza place. Super nice!
We came to the Watkinsville location at 8pm on a Saturday night and they had locked the door and were closing. The door and the website said they were open until 10 and there was nothing that indicated otherwise. Because I have Celiac and Your Pie had great reviews, I was excited to try it. However, closing 2 hours early on a Sat night with no notice or explanation is just poor customer service. I won't be back.

Most people wanting to avoid gluten can eat anything we serve except for our White and Wheat Dough, our Meatballs(which contain bread crumbs), and our Italian Sausage. All of our 60 other toppings are good to eat for those avoiding gluten. As we work in a flour environment, it is possible that there may be trace amounts of flour amung our toppings. Our team would be happy to change their glove upon request if you are highly allergic. Since we do work around flour all day, we strongly recommend your dining choices wisely.
