Wow, this place will surprise you. At first glance it looks like a takeaway only sushi bar but there is seating upstairs. Jeremi, the owner is the real deal with a 4 year diploma from the International Sushi Academy in Tokyo and international sushi competition awards. All the sushi is gluten free and Jeremi only uses special organic tamari and majority organic ingredients. My husband and I chatted with Jeremi on our way out and learned so much about his high standards. Also, I thought I would never say this about sushi, it was affordable too!
