This was the most disappointing place I have eaten in while in Florence. Server had no idea re: gf option. They got someone else who informed me of the (very limited) gluten free options. I opted for a tuna salad and it was incredibly bland, no dressing or range of items - just tomato and lettuce when there is so much more you can do. My husband is not coeliac and described his meal as very average. We had been looking forward to trying this restaurant as there is always a big queue outside and it has always looked very popular. Possibly, it may have an arrangement with tourist/coach groups?? Either way, it was inedible and the experience did not live up to expectations.

This restaurant was pretty good. I just ordered pasta (spaghetti was the only option I believe) and shared a salad with the table. The server was knowledgeable and asked the kitchen when I stumped him with a question about the salad dressing.

Heerlijk gegeten! Niet duidelijk op de kaart maar in overleg met personeel.

Delicious eaten! Not clear on the map but in consultation with staff.

We were suggestes to eat here from multiple people. I highly suggest making reservations as this place gets busy. Since it's really a steak house there are many options for meat eaters. We had the meat pasta (GF noodles) and steak slices with potatoes. Overall the taste was good and I felt safe. I've had no issues. The price was very affordable for what you get.

very limited for gf. big bummer. got a greek salad and only thing gf… spaghetti and red sauce with prepackaged gf cold bread. greek salad cucumbers were rotten and nothing special. boyfriend is not gf and said it was the best pasta he’s had in florence so that was a plus for others bringing non gluten free friends or family and feel like letting them have a night. service was quick and has an online menu to show was is gluten free. not highly recommended for gf.

We came here for an impromptu lunch. No GF menu, but the server responded well when I explained that I am celiac. They have GF bread, and the server knew to bring separate bowls of oil & balsamic for me and my gluten-consuming partner. I had a salad to be safe and am writing this review 3 days later, no reaction. Glad to be able to visit this classic tourist spot!

My server said the only gluten free substitute was spaghetti. So I ordered sliced beef with rosemary potatoes. It was delicious and definitely gluten free.

I had a great experience here. Food was amazing. I’m not sure it’s totally celiac friendly though. I happened to be safe when I went twice.

We went to the restaurant because it listed that the restaurant had gluten free items. The waitstaff was not very knowledgeable about being gluten free. Told me they had gluten free pasta and that I could have pasta with fish. Not what I wanted so I asked if I could have gluten free pasta with Bolognese sauce and he said he had to go ask. He let me know that was available gluten free so I proceeded to order that. My boyfriend ordered risotto which he also said wasn’t gluten free. After putting out order in he brought a bag snack of Mini Mais, which is fine for me but my boyfriend is not gluten free. My pasta plate was not the best, I e definitely had better. I would not recommend unless you get a waiter that can really help you and be sensitive to your needs.

Food was good. They had a printout of all possible allergens for each dish that I used as a menu. My dish took longer than the rest of my party because they took extra care with it.

It wasn't bad. They were very nice to accommodate to gluten free. I had pasta with tomato with grilled shrimp, it wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was good. I went there more for my non gluten free family because this restaurant has amazing meat selection I guess.
