I’ve eaten here several times because my extended family loves it. They have a GF menu and I’ve never gotten sick, but the food (unlike their regular menu) is completely bland. They use absolutely no seasoning on GF food.

This was an amazing place for lunch, Had the lamb and it was the best lamb I have ever had. There is a lot of gf options the only thing that I would suggest is they use gf soy sauce so that those with celiac can have the wonderful sauces.
Even though you can only get the plain chicken out of the chicken options, it’s still delicious! Lots of GF options other than that too.

Gluten free menu available with lots of options, staff very knowledgable.
I like to come to Zea for their grilled fish and the grits. Their grits are outstanding! I don't know why they are not on the GF menu but I've inquired and they have no flour. A reviewer for a different location was disappointed in the limited selection on their gluten free menu. True, the regular menu is much bigger but the GF menu is ok as well. The seasoned fish is flavorful. Fresh side veggies too. Baried salads and a shrimp lettuce wrap appetizer are good. They also have a two-for-one happy hour M-W as well as $5 drink specials Th/Fr and others on the weekend.
Great options ( the bbq ribs and grits are delicious) . They only have vanilla ice cream for GF dessert tho.

I’m a Celiac and everything I’ve gotten here made me very sick, even if it was on their gluten free menu. Good for those avoiding gluten but if you have a serious allergy, I wouldn’t recommend.

I go here often and have never had any issues. The staff and management are very knowledgeable. Several staff members have gluten issues as well. Food is always delicious and I never have to worry when I eat at Zea.

Not a fan. It was a nice place with a gluten-free menu, but I didn't feel confident that the staff understood anything about gluten. The food was bland and swimming in so much butter that it was the predominate flavor. I like butter but not by the spoonful. The drinks were good.

My meal of the bronzed trout with sides of sweet potatoes and snap beans was delicious. I had no negative reaction to the food. I had asked my server whether the gluten free food on their menu meant that staff would be cautious about cross contamination & he said yes and that he would notify the kitchen and manager that I’m celiac.
