The fryer is dedicated GF as of sometime last year. They take allergies and celiac seriously. I have not had a reaction having eaten there once a week for the last 6 months but be sure to tell them about allergies or celiac to make sure they take the necessary precautions, the kitchen is not 100% gluten free.

This was a very ‘Boulder’ spot - suitable for all food restrictions. Really enjoyed the food. Couldn’t tell if maybe they were short staffed but everyone was friendly if not fast. Yummy desserts!!

NOT celiac-safe. No dedicated gluten free fryer so half the “gluten-free” menu is off limits, and the gyro I was reassured would be safe from cross-contamination came with an accidental pea-sized fried food in it

Stopped at this place on my way back home from a camping trip. It looked like most items on the menu were gluten free. The guy that took my order said they serve people with Celiac Disease all the time, so that definitely gave me confidence eating there. Got the Zeal burger and it was delicious and perfectly cooked! It was also grass-fed which is always a plus for me. Didn’t get sick, would definitely eat here again and say it’s safe for Celiacs!

Great brunch /lunch on Sunday afternoon after a hike in Boulder. Excellent job with both gluten free (celiac) and keto.

Zeal is back! They were one of the best healthy, GF/DF restaurants in downtown Boulder, but then they closed down. Now re-opened on the east side of town. Nearly everything is GF, and they are VERY on-top of dietary restrictions and health considerations. The owner (Wade) is a great guy, treats his employees well, and it shows.

Food and service was excellent. It was a tough choice for either of us as everything souded so good. The rainbow bowel and chicken pesto on collard greens were great. Looking forward to going back and trying somethingelse.

I like that every time I go in and ask for a ginger-lemon shot, they accommodate my off-menu order. And I like their avocados on the half shell. Fun idea! Their gusto bowl was delicious when I added pork. Can't go wrong with spinach, apricots, hemp seeds, bacon, and pork all mixed together.

They don't mark what's gluten free... Only because it's easier to mark what few thing DO have gluten! All allergens are listed and everything is GMO free. The bowls are amazing (I recommend getting chicken and avocado with coconut curry sauce) and big serving sizes too. Don't order a large unless you are ready to take some home! On top of all that, our server was awesome! Definitely make it a point to stop here if you're in Boulder!
