Review of Zest Kitchen & Bar

As far as gluten/allergen friendly this place is 5 stars all around! I wasn’t aware going in but it is mostly vegan as well as gluten free. The only downside is so many vegan items are made using cashews and I am unable to eat cashews from my Celiac’s.

However, I will say my hubby had no idea he ate a vegan pizza and he is usually very picky when it comes to vegan items. He ate the entire thing and didn’t realize until halfway through that it was vegan.

I ordered the curry Thai bowl (minus cashews) and it was great! We also split the salted caramel hazelnut tart for dessert and it was surprisingly light. Absolutely no need to worry about cross contamination or getting sick here.
