As far as food goes, it’s delicious and the service is unbelievably fast. However, I have been getting sick every time I eat here recently and I’m pretty sure I’m getting glutened from cross contamination. It makes me so sad because when I was first diagnosed (almost 20 years ago) this was one of the ONLY places that offered gluten free and actually knew what it was. Sadly, I’m not sure I will continue eating here :(

When they first started offering a gluten free menu it was delicious but now, I get sick every time.

I was so excited to go here, but I got really sick from cross contamination. The waitress seemed to understand & take the precautions when we ordered off the gluten free menu. I don't know if i was just super super unlucky or what. Of course it was incredibly delicious, but I got so so sick. :(

Ok. I'm obsessed. I've been gf for 3 years and have missed good Chinese every day since lol. This place is Bomb!! You do need to ask what is gf, bit they will mark it on a takeout menu for you if you'd like. My fav is the ham fried rice and the lemon chicken. I even got my sister to love it, which is saying something. I always crave this place now. The serving sizes are huge too. Yes. Yes. Yes.

Decent food. Lots of gf options and has a specific gf menu. Most of their dishes can be made gf, but they only do family style size for gf and you can't get the specials.

giant gluten free menu best thing ever

I've never gotten sick here and the food is delicious. Accidents do happen, but I haven't had one from here yet!

They do have a gluten-free menu however there is a huge language barrier. I have been there 3 times and each time they have made my order with gluten. Although they offered to remake it it's a huge risk and I have gotten gluten there.

Gluten Free Chinese!!! Hello! Have eaten there a ton and love it. I did get sick once but in several years one time isn't bad at all. I love this place!

Eat here all the time! I'm a local and it's the only Chinese restraint I trust 100%. Owner has family with celiac so he completely gets it which is so hard to find! SO Yummy gf reliable! Get the walnut shrimp!!

Zhangs has become a family tradition for myself and my family ever since I was diagnosed with a mild allergy to wheat (not specifically gluten). Anything Gluten free generally does not contain wheat so I've fallen into the camp of eating at places that are Gluten free to avoid explaining it's just wheat I can't have. Tasty places are hard to find, and places that are conscientious about allergies/intolerances/etc. are even harder to find.

I absolutely love Zhangs. I've only gone into mild anaphylaxis once or twice, and that was when I forgot to specify gluten free and when I think there was some cross contamination. I love this place. The food quality is beyond belief, and for gluten free it tastes amazing.

Amazing GF food! I was concerned because the website and phone listed here don't work, but decided to travel to Ogden to see if it was open. It was and it was one of the best GF meals I've ever had! Must admit - I was so excited to have GF Chinese again, I ordered 2 entrees. The chicken chow mein and the chicken fun noodles (like lo mein). Excited for leftovers tomorrow!!!

If you haven't been here yet you need to!!! They had a huge gluten free menu, there was so many options I felt oddly "normal." I usually hate going out to eat because there's nothing to choose from but this place blew me away :) and yes it was delicious. I will be going here again and again!

Unlike a lot of other places, Zhangs actually gives you a nice gluten free menu. There are a lot of choices and the prices are listed on it so you don't have to look at a regular menu to see what they are. The servings are generous and the food is delicious. The soy sauce on the table has gluten in it but, if you ask the waiter, you can get one that is gluten free. It has a nice atmosphere and the prices are very reasonable.
