I am Celiac and have a dairy sensitivity. The server was very knowledgeable and answered questions regarding cross contamination and general safety with confidence. The gluten free buns have dairy however they offer lettuce wrap as a substitute. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer and their fries were delicious. I had the California bowl with grilled chicken and no sauce (spicy mayo on the side). It was fantastic. I got more, better tasting food for the same or less than my other go-to restaurants. I will definitely be back next time I'm on this side of town. Being in downtown Gilbert, there was a 30 minute wait for lunch at 2:00pm, so maybe a reservation would be advised. The atmosphere was a bit loud, so not a great place for an intimate conversation, and my 7 year old was a little bored until the food came, so bring a busy bag for your Littles:)
