This place is pretty rad! I was impressed with the menu options. I ordered the truffle fries, gluten free, and the turkey burger with a gluten free bun. Both were absolutely delicious. Our server was so helpful and took care of my gluten free needs.

I will update after we eat but this place is getting very uppity. With 13 empty tables of all sizes, they say it is a 25 minute wait! Riiight. I love Zinburger food and they are generally conscientious about GF patrons but this is ridiculous. We could have gone to North... Closer and faster at this point. UPDATE: in actual fact, we waited 12 minutes & then got seated and served. Our server took questions and for our GF order purrfect! Food was out in a reasonable time and I think they are using air fryers now for the fries. The truffle fries are scrumptious and I confirmed a DEDICATED FRYER for GF patrons. The server also got me a Grey Goose Lemon Drop WITHOUT SIMPLE SYRUP from the bar & it was SOOOO GOOD. We had a very good experience after a slightly daunting start. I am Celiac and have a dairy sensitivity. The server was very knowledgeable and answered questions regarding cross contamination and general safety with confidence. The gluten free buns have dairy however they offer lettuce wrap as a substitute. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer and their fries were delicious. I had the California bowl with grilled chicken and no sauce (spicy mayo on the side). It was fantastic. I got more, better tasting food for the same or less than my other go-to restaurants. I will definitely be back next time I'm on this side of town. Being in downtown Gilbert, there was a 30 minute wait for lunch at 2:00pm, so maybe a reservation would be advised. The atmosphere was a bit loud, so not a great place for an intimate conversation, and my 7 year old was a little bored until the food came, so bring a busy bag for your Littles:)

This place has the best gluten free wings I’ve ever tasted! Eddie was the best! So knowledgeable! I felt very confident in what I was eating.

Burger was excellent. The gluten-free bun was one of the best I’ve had. The bartender was patient and willing to create similar drinks to imitate the cocktails on menu to be gluten free for me.

Great burgers, seperate fryer for delicious french fries. Two things: the gluten free bun here is HORRIBLE, it's dry and the bread always gets all soggy. Get the lettuce wrap, it is much more delicious and you get all the taste of the burger that the nasty bun soaks up. Also, they dont like seating people during happy hour (this was pre-covid), so ive given up on their happy hour all together.

We eat here often and my son has never gotten sick. He gets the burger with no bun and sweet potato fries with Lemonade.

The executive chef came out and showed me an ingredient lists to make sure the fries were safe for me. The manager also came over to make sure everything was right. The waitress was knowledgeable and could answer all my questions. Incredible experience and I didn’t get sick! They have a dedicated fryer, use clean pans to make GF burgers, and everyone washes hands and changes gloves for allergy orders.

This is a favorite. Staff always do a great job of putting me at ease. Food is fantastic. Dedicated fryer + spicy cheese fries = heaven. Their happy hour is pretty stellar too.

One of the best burger places in Gilbert! You can get whole leaf lettuce instead of shredded so your bun holds up better but the bun actually tastes like bread! The green chili fries are AMAZING!!! All but one of the specialty fries are GF, not just boring stuff. My hubby is not GF but he prefers that bun here. Great happy hour too😀

We were a large group of 43, with a reservation. They were prepared when we arrived. Service was slow. They have some decent gluten free options. I had the Zinburger on a gluten free bun. It was ok. Trulands burgers and greens, just up the road is better. They were highly disorganised when it was time to pay up. It took 45 minutes to pay and go.

They do a good job preventing cross contamination. Their gf buns are not the best

The server was so helpful and explained the menu and my choices that were celiac safe. She was able to tell me item by item how they could switch something out to make it safe. They have a dedicated cooktop for gluten free as well. Highly recommend.
