Very good. GF knowledgeable with GF notations on menu, good GF bun. Shared kitchen so would not risk if celiac, but safe for my wheat allergy.

The staff is very knowledgeable, to the point of knowing the sweet potato fries are processed in a facility that contains wheat. They have separate fryers for the fries and toast their GF burger buns separately as well. Almost the entire menu can be made GF!

Solid burger place with a dedicated fryer for French fries. The bun was soft and tasty and the burger excellently prepared. No ill effects, which is a win. Had the signature zinburger with a basket of regular fries. After a day of travel, I was not disappointed. Also has a great atmosphere and while I didn’t have anything to drink but Sprite tonight, it looks like the bar and wine list (plus happy hour specials from 3 to 6) are well appointed.

CELIACS BEWARE!
Staff is not consistently trained to handle GF food. Some people taking orders do not understand both the procedure for assuring the food is made GF or the importance of this. To most of the staff, mistakenly giving a regular bun is like forgetting to add bacon.
