They take care to create a safe and comfortable experience for people with food allergies, especially gluten. While the menu wasn’t labeled, the waitress was extremely well trained, knew exactly what needed to be adapted, told me that she had made the chef aware, and they announced “celiac safe” as they set the plate in front of me. So nice to be taken care of well and not have to ask for reassurance a million times.
