Review of Zingerman's Delicatessen

I've had a several sandwiches from Zingerman's and never gotten sick. When you indicate a gluten 'allergy', the manager comes out front and goes over the protocols. They are pretty solid, and everyone is very knowledgeable about cross-contamination issues. Main drawback is the price, which varies from outrageous to insane. Gluten free bread is $3 extra, but it's superior in taste and texture.
