Review of Zingerman's Delicatessen

I never thought Zingerman’s would be a place I could eat, but they are so extremely knowledgeable and careful about gluten free. I’m so glad I could eat here! They have a dedicated gluten free kitchen space and make the gluten free bread after a thorough clean of their bakery space according to two different employees I spoke to. When ordering on the kiosk in the store, there is a spot to add a note and the employee said to put “celiac” there so everything is made totally separate! I enjoyed my sandwich and will definitely be back!
