Unfortunately not a good experience - obviously my meal was not GF and I (and my coeliac daughter) were violently ill afterwards. Avoid!!

Not everything labelled GF is actually GF! And certainly not safe for coeliacs. The free GF pasta crisps for example are cooked in oil that is also used for gluten food.

I’ve had great GF/DF meals at both this branch and the one in Southampton. They have a separate menu with GF/DF pizza and pasta plus other options. And an amazing chocolate dessert!

staff are always really helpful and gluten free options are well labelled on the menu

I’ve been to this zizzis multiple times and have never had a reaction and have always been more than satisfied with the food. You can get dedicated gf menu online but not physically which works for me. Most of the menu can be made gluten free and is always delicious.

They were very accommodating, the manager asked me to scan the QR code on the menu which would take me to the designated GF menu. There is a bottle put on your table that said ALLERGY and then the server asks what the allergen is too and it then becomes highlighted on their screen whenever anyone serves the table. My food came out with a gluten free sticker on it. They were very good although the pizza was a bit cold and burnt but I put that down to it being a Saturday night

Was okay for gluten free but not the best. No dedicated menu and had to read through a very awkward and complicated chart for products with gluten in. Had a pasta dish however pasta was very under done.
