Review of Zocca Cuisine D’Italia

Great gluten free beer! Only one option but I throughly enjoyed it. It was made from sorghum. Had an appetizer that used gluten free bread, basil, mozzarella, and really good balsamic vinegar. Only thing is the bread should have been toasted and crispy would have made it better
