They did not know what gluten was and she didn’t even ask another staff member. I had the menu pulled up and was trying to get her guidance. I walked out did not eat.

I heard the manager yell back to the cooks that a gluten allergy was coming, then she made sure that when the ticket printed, they knew which one was mine and I heard her make sure they changed their gloves before touching any part of mine! Very good experience!

Zoe’s is a great place to go. Several items are GF & well marked. We enjoy the many veggie items as well. Staff has been very friendly and even gives a few pieces of pita on the side for the one that can have gluten.
Yes
Have eaten here several times in the last few months. Recently updated menu shows gluten free items, although staff is not terribly knowledgeable about items and cross contamination.
Restaurant was dirty the last time I was there, several unclean tables and restroom needed attention.

I used to really like eating at Zoe's but the last 3 or 4 times I've tried to eat there I have had problems. They are always very busy and it seems they struggle to fulfill their orders. Last time I went I ordered a cup of tomato basil soup (waited at least 15 minutes for it) and there were bread crumbs on the plate next to my soup. So basically they saw that it was supposed to be gf after they made it and took off the toast. When I questioned it they got an attitude and took it back to the kitchen very unhappily. Their restaurant is also very dirty, and it's hard to find a place to sit where there isn't food all over the floor and tables. I think they need new management desperately.
Not sure if things have changed but was told today that chicken is grilled on same surface as bread so wouldn’t be celiac safe
