I used to really like eating at Zoe's but the last 3 or 4 times I've tried to eat there I have had problems. They are always very busy and it seems they struggle to fulfill their orders. Last time I went I ordered a cup of tomato basil soup (waited at least 15 minutes for it) and there were bread crumbs on the plate next to my soup. So basically they saw that it was supposed to be gf after they made it and took off the toast. When I questioned it they got an attitude and took it back to the kitchen very unhappily. Their restaurant is also very dirty, and it's hard to find a place to sit where there isn't food all over the floor and tables. I think they need new management desperately.
I normally have no problems with Zöe's kitchens, but the staff here seemed annoyed by my dietary concerns and were rude in general. The lady told me nothing in my order had gluten when I asked for her to mark it with a "gluten allergy" and for the staff to change their gloves. I told her that I knew there was nothing with gluten in it but I would feel safer if they would change their gloves. She stopped and cocked her hip and was like "ok well are you VERY allergic to gluten?? Because if you are the food is made in the same area where we cut the pita bread and everything else." I told her I was very allergic and I know there's no guarantee that I won't get sick but I would really appreciate it if she had them change their gloves and she laughed and said "ok well trust me there's more gluten in the kitchen than on their hands" and just ignored me. It was only made clear after I had gotten my food that she had, in fact, marked my order for the staff to change their gloves (not with a "gluten allergy" though). The food is excellent and the staff does comply with what you ask, but for me personally I will not be returning to this particular establishment because of the way I was treated.

Gluten free menu. Staff knowledgeable
Yes
Zoe's has great gf options, but on 2 different occasions recently, I have found bread crust mixed into the quinoa salad. Luckily I found it before my daughter, who has Celiac, started eating.
I am confused by their gluten free menu as when I have picked out a gluten free meal it's never what it has stated on the menu. Today I ordered the chicken kabobs with salad and pitta. Now foolishly I thought I would get a gluten free pitta but oh no, they replaced it with cucumber? really. This has happened a few times now as the other day they replaced the chips with guess what, cucumber! All I can think of is that they have loads of cucumber growing out the back and trying to get rid of it. So if you order a gluten free meal, be prepared for Lots of cucumber.
Gf labeled on menu. I had chicken salad and fruit plate...tons of fruit. Good and light meal.
Great kabobs.
Awesome food! They changed gloves and everything. Next time I will bring in my GF pitas!
The best soup and salad I've had since going gf. AMAZING!! Try the Greek salad, it is huge and sooo good. Kabobs are good too. Generous portions on every meal.
the first time I ate here I ordered off of the gluten free menu. when they brought my food out they had put the pita bread on my salad. the chicken on the kabob was dry. the second time I ate there the food was GREAT! I had the chicken and caramelized onions on Cole slaw. I will definitely eat here again
I have had both the chicken and shrimp kabobs. Fruit salad is always fresh and the white beans are good. Gluten free menu is up at the counter.
Have eaten here several times in the last few months. Recently updated menu shows gluten free items, although staff is not terribly knowledgeable about items and cross contamination.
Restaurant was dirty the last time I was there, several unclean tables and restroom needed attention.

Not sure if things have changed but was told today that chicken is grilled on same surface as bread so wouldn’t be celiac safe
