This will be the second time I've eaten Zoe's since going strictly gluten free, and they have been very accommodating both times. I get the Mediterranean Trio bowl with grilled chicken, and substitute extra quinoa for the pesto farro. The cashier immediately told the kitchen that the dish was gluten free, and the manager was knowledgeable about what's in each dish.
We eat here (or get take out) often with my toddler who has celiac. The cashiers seem very understanding (one has a friend with celiac). They make a note on your order about the allergy. My toddler gobbles up her kids meal from here! Doesn't get better than chicken and rice for kids. She never seems to have a reaction from Zoe's.

I normally have no problems with Zöe's kitchens, but the staff here seemed annoyed by my dietary concerns and were rude in general. The lady told me nothing in my order had gluten when I asked for her to mark it with a "gluten allergy" and for the staff to change their gloves. I told her that I knew there was nothing with gluten in it but I would feel safer if they would change their gloves. She stopped and cocked her hip and was like "ok well are you VERY allergic to gluten?? Because if you are the food is made in the same area where we cut the pita bread and everything else." I told her I was very allergic and I know there's no guarantee that I won't get sick but I would really appreciate it if she had them change their gloves and she laughed and said "ok well trust me there's more gluten in the kitchen than on their hands" and just ignored me. It was only made clear after I had gotten my food that she had, in fact, marked my order for the staff to change their gloves (not with a "gluten allergy" though). The food is excellent and the staff does comply with what you ask, but for me personally I will not be returning to this particular establishment because of the way I was treated.

This was an amazing spot for a more casual meal. My family ordered the spicy hummus with cucumbers instead of pita, which was amazing. We also got the lentil soup- which wasn’t the best, the chicken kabobs with rice and vegetables- delicious, would definitely recommend having the vegetable side, and the baked falafel and avacado salad- delicious. They did serve the soup with the pita after we asked them not too, but since it didn’t touch anything it was okay.

Love to order Zoe’s kebabs. They are very good on alerting the kitchen of my GF needs and the manager usually brings it out to me.

Just updating our review to keep it more current. We've been ordering from here for years (our daughter has celiac) and its always been a safe experience. She gets the chicken a lot, and rice and fruit. Also she has had the shrimp kabobs. She likes it a lot.
