They prepare the gluten free pizza in a separate room and most times use separate toppings but always caveat that they may grab toppings from the area where regular pizza is made if needed. I consider myself a moderately sensitive Celiac and have never had any issues.
I did not feel very safe eating here but I didn’t have much of a choice. I was travelling with a large camp group and we stopped here for dinner, starving, after several hours of travel, an hour of looking for parking, and many hangry arguments. The staff seemed stoned when I asked questions, including the head chef, but he told me he would take precautions to avoid cross contact. I talked to him twice about cooking my pizza separately, covered in foil, and I didn’t get sick nor have any adverse reactions, but I wasn’t super confident about the knowledge of the staff. They were very accommodating though, which was why I gave four stars. The pizza was delicious, I had the vegan veggie pizza but they have all kinds of combinations and it is pretty cheap. Just be super specific when ordering with what you want and they will be more likely to accommodate you.
This place was great! They had two sizes of GF crust and all the toppings, crust and sauce were delicious! We got a Casablanca (roasted garlic sauce, mozzarella, ricotta, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, parmesan) but added pepperoni and sausage and a small Mexican (mozzarella, spicy lime chicken, green onions, red onions, fresh avocado, sour cream, cilantro) Our version of the Casablanca was the best GF pizza I've had. Small shop but family friendly.
This place is amazing. I love their employees. The manager is highly educated and aware of minimizing contamination and trains people to be meticulous (his cousin has celiac). I've never once had a problem with their pizza, which is amazing because I can't even walk into a bakery these days. The crust is delicious, but full of refined flour, so I can't overdo it without feeling a little over-starched. (this is also a plus or else I'd eat here every day!) The tomato and marinara sauces are to die for. The veggie toppings are fresh and delicious. They take care of problems promptly and graciously. But in over a year of regular pizza parties, I've never ONCE been glutened. I moved out of the area and miss them very much. I don't trust other locations like I trust this one.
Decent gluten free pizza. Much less oily then Paxi's. They may have cross contamination but I have been many times and thus far have not gotten sick. Very expensive for what it is and the toppings are not clearly marked as gluten free.
The staff were very understanding about my needs regarding cross contamination and explained the steps they take to avoid it. I also thought it was good that the guy behind the register told me they aren't certified gluten free but they do their best to avoid cross contamination. Pizza tasted good, nice thin, crispy crust.
It was delicious. The only problem was that two of them, including the owner, insisted the veggie crumbles were gf. I had seen the site linked here so I didn't trust them and I was right. They realized it, apologized and were careful after that, but it's kind of inexcusable in that context.

Checked before ordering to verify they had allergy procedures in place and felt reassured enough to order. Got a large America pizza. GF crusts are never amazing but this was pretty good and didn’t make me sick. I’d go back!
I was glad to find a place I could have both gf and df pizza. The atmosphere did not make us want to stay and frankly, I didn't like the pizza. The crust was ok but the cheez was tasteless and stuck to the roof of my mouth. It was more artisan pizza and didn't hit my craving for classic pizza I haven't been able to have in years.
They put my gluten free pizza in the same oven as the regular pizza eve after I told them I had celiacs. I got very sick after eating here and do not recommend if you have celiacs. The pizza was yummy though and do recommend if you are just on a gluten free diet and can handle cross contamination
Visiting from out of town, found this place on the find me gf app and decided to try it for the first time. I would recommend this place to NO ONE. Place was super dirty. No one else there at lunch time, employees were sitting in a booth watching tv. I went to order a salad and asked if the 'add on' chicken was gluten free. She stared at me blankly and said "I don't know gluten free". That's not a typo. That's a direct quote. I ordered the salad without the chicken, which was about $8 before tax, and she proceeded to make the salad. She had long scraggly hair with no hairnet on and didn't wear gloves. I said something about wearing gloves and she said something in another language to the other employee, smirked and ignored me. She pulled tomatoes from the flour pizza side and started slicing them and picking them up with her long fingernails, again gloveless. She picked out an old half cut avocado and started to use her fingernails to pick out the brown spots before slicing it and putting it on my salad. I was so disgusted by this point that it didn't even matter that the mixed greens salad was brown, wilting and looked about three days over its expiration. My husband offered to eat it while I went next door to Chipotle where employees know how to handle food properly. He picked through it and even found random walnuts in there. NO ONE with an allergy should step foot in this place. If you do, get ready for the hospital. This place should be inspected for food safety code violations and shut down. It was the grossest thing I've ever experience.
The Napoli pizza is made best at this location! Soft, with a tad of crispness in the crust, the perfect flavor mix of ingredients and a joy to slowly devour. Z Pizza in general has been my favorite place for gluten free pizza since the beginning.
I’m celiac so I️ have to be extremely cautious where I️ eat, I️ get sick so easily! But this place was amazing, got the gf Napoli pizza, I️ called and they said they use separate utensils and cook the pizza separate from the regular ones. The pizza was delicious and I️ didn’t get sick! Can’t wait to go back:)
It looks like there is a lot of regular flour not contained in the open kitchen area. I would be nervous about cross contamination. The crust isn't great, has a chemical kind of taste. Service was good but I wouldn't go back for the pizza. It's worth the drive to Picazzo's.
Fantastic! Being new to the gluten free world, imagine my delight when my favorite food was available with a GF crust. There are more options than just pizza, including salads and sandwiches. The pizza was delicious! We had the Mexican specialty pizza. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. Staff was friendly and prices were reasonable.
Food was good, service was lacking. Took 50 min to get a small order served. Had to ask for just about every bit of attention we received, like napkins and silverware even. They were moderately busy. They were apologetic, but I wouldn't go back.

Very good pizza, though expensive. GF crust in 10" or 14". EVERYTHING there is GF but the non-GF pizza dough. Although pizzas are placed in same oven, they report that they've never had a complaint, and I had no reaction. Very nice people here.
I called ahead of time and they let me know they are very careful and do not cross contaminate. When we got there the guy explained how they are careful with the gluten free and how they keep from cross contaminating. Very helpful!
In town for a conference this week and have had a really hard time finding safe food. I ate here twice and had no reaction. Decent thin-crust pizza. The kitchen has shared areas, but the gf pizzas have their own dishes and they're careful about cross-contamination. They do not make the dough themselves, which helps. Also, the people working there were friendly and helpful, both times. As far as drinks, they have a large tap wall where you pour your own beer. They have a few wines and a hard pear cider which is gf. I had the cider and had no issues.
They have gluten free crust, which tasted great. Small pizza was a good size for 2 medium appetite adults. Only issue is cross contamination. I didn't see any precautions being taken, it looked like they use the same pizza peel and slicer for all pizzas.
I have eaten here a few times without getting sick except for this last time. I tried to ask about the gluten free preparation but nobody in the store spoke English. I only ate two pieces because I didn't trust them. I've been cross contaminated. I won't be back.
Barely cooked. Soggy. Not worth the $23.28 for large pizza (enough to bring home). It would have been nice if they mentioned how much upcharge the gluten free option is. I think it was $4, which is more than usual. service was not good, not friendly and seemed a bit rude. If I were celiac I would not have chanced it as they seemed unconcerned and did not instill confidence. The cashier was apathetic at best and made me really wonder if I should chance eating. Also, not informing what the upcharge for gluten free is just poor service. I like Sauce for gluten free puzza. The pizza here is good, but I'll go to a different location if I return. I'd go to Sauce before this place.
I will start off by saying they don't have a dedicated oven for the gf pizza, but I make it clear I'm celiac when I order and have never gotten sick. It's my favorite gf pizza in town. I order online and include instructions (please change gloves, use a clean prep surface, and use fresh toppings if contaminated gloves have been in contact). Seems to work pretty well!
I eat at zpizza all the time with celiac and have had no problems. It is a great option for gluten free takeout pizza and they know how to keep it safe from cross contamination in my experience.
Excellent ! I have celiac and ate there twice with no issues. They took many extra precautions. We are hiking the Pacific Crest Trail and a friend with celiac also had a positive experience there. Would recommend. PS GF beer next door
