Review of ZZQ Smokehouse

The owner has celiacs in his family and is very knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Everything is gluten free but a bun they serve but you cam substitute it for a packaged gluten free bun. We tried three different types of meat and many sauces. Everything was very good. We will definitely go again when we travel up that way.
