Review of ZZQ Smokehouse

Had the brisket and pulled pork with fries and coleslaw. Owner informed me that it had vinegar in it. He is very very knowledgeable when it comes to gluten with 2 people on his wife's side that have it. They are in the process of getting all separate and new utensils. He is getting tongs with purple handles since purple represents allergies. He even told me to be safe and use a napkin to push down on the sauce pumps. I went right at 11 and as soon as I sat down it got busy. He should definitely open a second place south of the cities and have a food truck downtown Minneapolis. Now as far as the food goes... it looks really good and man the taste is just great!
