Gluten free buns available for all sandwiches, most options on the menu are naturally gluten free! Delicious bbq, wide selection. When requesting a gluten free bun the staff member changed gloves without even asking and you can see the whole food handling process which gives peace of mind for those with celiac!

When I told them I had a gluten allergy, the first guy in the assembly line yelled down to everyone else. Each person changed their gloves and cleaned their cutting boards right in front of me. They even closed the non-gluten free sides so I knew what I could have. They mentioned my gluten allergy multiple times. Food was INCREDIBLE and my celiac heart is so happy knowing they are so kind and attentive. Such a wonderful experience.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

It's a counter-style restaurant and they servers seemed very knowledgeable. They ensured me all their meat and sauces were gluten free. All sauces made by them. Their sides were all GF apart from corn bread and mac& cheese. They knew about risks of cross contamination. The meat never comes near any gluten, but the sides are next to each other in seperate containers with seperate utensils. The Brisket was absolutely incredible and they started selling out of some items by 1pm on a weekday. So very popular.
