The rice bowl is available with 4 different gluten free proteins, pretty much all the toppings are gluten free. They even have plant based cheese for dairy free people. And if you have questions the allergy menu is posted where you order.

Même si les coquilles de tacos sont au maïs, ils sont cuits dans la même presse que eux au blé donc risque de contamination. Des bols sont disponibles - c'est ce que j'ai mangé. La majorité des garnitures est sans gluten et il y a une charte d'allergènes et gluten sur le site web de mucho burrito. Au moment où j'y était, un des employés était plus au courant que les autres mais on savait bien se référer à lui & me conseiller. bien bon !

My three year old is a celiac. I asked them if we could change the kids meal and they were more than accommodating. They made her a Barrito bowl and gave her extra nachos. They have a list on their website for allergies.

Went in hoping for soft tacos, they were all out of corn soft tacos. So we had hard corn tacos. My son, who is celiac had beef and I (also celiac) had chicken. The only meat that we couldn’t eat was the pork. It was tasty. 3 hard corn tacos were too many for my son. 2 was perfect for both of us.

Avoid at all costs - got extremely sick after ordering a burrito bowl based on online allergen information and specifying celiac/gluten free. Not worth the risk for a mediocre lunch

The service was amazing and they know exactly what to do when you ask for gluten free. They have a selection of gluten free items and were also really nice. 5 stars!

They have a ‘gluten free menu’ but I’ve been several times and have been exposed each time. I’m not sure if it’s due to the ingredients they use that actually contain gluten or due to cross-contamination. It’s a place with high risk of cross contamination so I would be careful if you’re highly sensitive to gluten.

Has allergen menu on website pork, ancient grains blend, tortillas and most desserts are not gluten free, but not prepared on site either.

Some menu items can be made gluten-free, and they have Hardshell tacos that are gluten-free.

There is a posted sign before ordering with their entire menu of ingredients indicating which are gluten free. The staff changed their plastic gloves when we said we wanted the gluten free corn tortillas. It’s easy to create your own bowl or tacos with whatever ingredients you want on them.

Their online allergen menu is super helpful! 99% of the menu is gf. Stay away from the ancient grains medley, carnitas, chorizo, and sweet chili sauce. Everything else is obvious (don’t eat the flour tortillas etc.)

Enjoyed the three taco (hard) meal, one beef, one sausage and one shrimp. Excellent! Kids enjoyed the kids meal, hard tacos with tortillas on the side. No issues

Great for something fast to eat staff is well knowledge able but the counter is always dirty. Food dried and everything is mixed together. Veggies mixed in with the rice when they should not be. They also keep adding new food to the old food bins. I've been to chipotle in Toronto what has major line ups and it's spotless. I would have gave this more stars but the place could be cleaner staff is lazy at keeping the counter clean along with the bathroom and tables. The bathroom is nasty 😷 Urine all over the floor and it stinks so bad. Last time I ate there I had a hair in my food. Done eating at this place gross also good luck finding a clean table. I have been there when no one was there and the place is still disgusting so no reason for it. 🤥😷👎🏻

My go to place for "fast food" lunch. Their burrito bowls are delicious, the chicken and steak are gluten free. I also get a side of chips!

Great little spot for fresh Mexican food, has corn soft and hard tortillas for menu items such as burritos, salads, tacos, nachos etc. GF options on the kids menu also which is great and under $6

my husband and I go all the time-I usually order the bowl without the bowl and add on the tortilla chips made in house or the soup(totally delish!), I am Celiac and have not had any issues here. The staff is wonderful, and the owner is happy to accommodate any of your needs!
