We did take out. Pizza was excellent! Thin, tasty and crispy crust, and just the right amount of sauce and cheese.

They have a 10 inch gluten free pizza there and while the waiters were cautious about gluten free, the pizza wasn’t the best. The crust was thin and not too bad, but the flavor was pretty bland.

Do not have deep dish gf as an option as stated in other reviews. Do have a thin crust gf option. We had jumbo bone in wings with parm garlic sauce. No gluten in wings/sauce but I do feel some what sick next morning. Nothing horrible but feel cross contamination may have been an issue.

The pizza was actually pretty good and I didn't get sick. BUT, the manager made it seem like it was a tremendous inconvenience to answer celiac-related questions. I ordered a side salad and asked about dressing options and the manager impatiently stated that every dressing contained gluten. When my wife (non-celiac) later looked at the dressing they gave us (on the side), it was in self-contained packaging and wheat was not listed as an allergen, and it had no gluten-containing ingredients. It was apparent they just wanted to be done with us and on to the next customer.
I don't know if I would feel safe eating here again due to the impatience and lack or knowledge/interest. Also in the non-celiac department we ordered three items and they initially forgot to make one, do lots to clean up across the board here.

If you want a thin crust GF pizza, this is your place. Very good!
Manager and waiter let me know that everything was cleaned before cooking, and were cognizant of gluten contamination. I had the thin crust, but they have a deep crust available!!! I had no cheese, which was no problem

The employee who answered the phone didn’t know about celiac, but after a couple minutes on hold, she came back and told me that they’d be able to accommodate me. I was hesitant, but the thin crust was delicious (some of the best I’ve ever had, honestly!), and I felt great afterwards!

They use the same spoon and sauce that is used for ALL PIZZAS! There is NOT a dedicated area and they don’t use any precautions!!! If you are celiac I suggest stay away!

I love this restaurant, but I’ve had multiple tests on my Nima food tester come back positive for gluten. Has happened with pizza, pasta and sandwhich.

My daughter who has celiac got the GF cheese pizza. The manager was very knowledgeable about the process, even confirmed they would open a new bag of cheese. My daughter loved the pizza! Did not get sick. Would eat here again!!

My husband orders this pizza every time we’re in Chicagoland. I was excited to see gluten free pizza on the menu (non celiac) When I called she asked which size, which on the menu only said “10 inch” which is typical of most pizza places to offer only one size. So I figured maybe they expanded the menu? On delivery, I noticed the pizza looked “regular”, looked at the receipt and if did not say gluten free (gf) and price reflected regular. Ok, no problem, mistakes happen? Maybe my phone cut out and she didn’t hear me? I call. She says ok, hold on. I get the manager/ owner? He replied with “nobody mentioned gluten free!” I had to literally argue with him about me ordering a GF pizza! I should had just said never mind and got my money back and just not had dinner... now, I don’t even know what I’m going to get!

The server seemed to know to keep pizza safe for our daughter with celiac— she had the cheese pizza, liked it, and did not get sick at all and she’s very sensitive to contamination.
Very good - they have gluten free deep dish but it’s not on the menu so ask for it! Their sausage is not GF but they checked for me.
Yes
Great gluten free pizza. Not sure if the facility would completely be free of gluten but if you can tolerate gluten in the environment, the flavor is great.
The staff were knowledgeable about Gluten free crusts—Rosati’s offers 2 choices: 9’ Chicago deep dish and a 10’ thin crust. I had the deep dish and it was really good and warmed up well the next day too. I have an allergy to wheat.
Both the original and deep dish are good. I love their sauce. Highly recommend!
I know the couple of reviews said it was safe, but eat here with caution. I had a reaction about 2 hours after eating the deep dish. I’d like to think it wasn’t wheat cross contamination, but my distended and painful belly, nausea, and time in the bathroom suggests otherwise. Bad luck, I guess? Sigh. For those who aren’t as sensitive, the pizza was ok, but the crust was very hard around the edges because it was cooked too long.
No
Good tastes great, but got sick with the last gluten free pizza within minutes.
Food was good and fresh. Their website states that the food is not prepared is a dedicated kitchen, however, depending on how sensitive you are it may be ok. We did fine with no symptoms afterwards.
Yes
Oh My Gracious... they have a 9" deep dish pizza that is AWESOME! I waited to post to make sure I didn't have a reaction..GOOD NEWS... no problem! It even made a great leftover meal...not soggy! I'm so beyond happy and excited!
Yes
Wow. Go there now. Deep dish gluten free with loaded toppings. GF pizza lovers dream. No action issues. So happy
Couldn't bite through the crust. Not much flavor to the crust either. For $20 for one gf pizza, it's not worth it. There are better places to get your gf pizza fix
Excellent pizza! One of the best I ever had!!!
Gluten Free Chicago style deep dish pizza!! It’s amazing...and the pasta is also. Fantastic place!
Yes
A very delicious GF pizza! Take out only.
Yes, they have gf crust BUT it's NOT made or cooked in a gf environment. Cross contamination risk is very high! (I am celiac)
thin crust pizza was great!! nice and soft!
Asked for gluten free beer and got it. GF Pizza too! Now if your severe, it’s not for you but I have been a Celiac for three years and I’ve not had a problem. Very accommodating! The place makes me feel like a normal person.
Ordered 2 gluten free pizzas, checked the pizza with the Nima and it came out not gluten free. The non celiac ate it and said it was terrible anyway.

Owner understands the GF diet. Thin and deep dish! Both are awesome.
Yes
The only place in town I can go and get GF pizza without getting glutened !!! Not to mention it's delicious! The thin crust is my favorite. The GF deep dish was so-so ! Ranch is also to die for
Delicious Gluten Free Pizza!
overall their pizza is good. my wife enjoys their GF crust. Better than most
They have thin crust and Deep dish!!! The food can take a little longer but they are very careful about allergies so I was fine with that. Everything was very delicious too!
Yes
Really good gluten free pizza, only comes in 12". Also a few other gluten free options on the menu, marked.
LOVE the GF pizza, and I'm picky. Good stuff.
