If you’re traveling and in need of a quick meal this place can deliver. It’s average chain-like food but the waitstaff was extremely lively and helpful. They’re were able to accommodate 3 celiacs who also don’t eat meat. That’s a challenge in and of itself!

The menu didn’t have anything marked. The most they could tell me is that I could have the salmon, as it was cooked on the grill. They also mentioned that no bread touches the grill. My meal tasted good, but I did have a very mild reaction, probably from the pepper on the salmon. I wouldn’t highly recommend.

Terrible experience. They have new menus and no marking on the menu for gluten free. No gluten free dressings. No dedicated kitchen area and the staff was nice but clueless about gluten free food.

The manager on duty was knowledgeable about celiac and even showed me the ingredients from the BBQ sauce put on the ribs... no reaction within 24 hours. I’m very pleased. However, cannot guarantee cross contamination in the kitchen. I appreciate they worked with me!

The menu is huge, but to my disappointment there were only about 4 things marked gluten-free. I had the citrus chicken with a baked potato and broccoli. It was fine, nothing spectacular. Service was incredibly slow, and even though I mentioned I was gluten-free (allergy) the server brought a basket of bread out and set it right in front of me. Not in the center of the table, right in front of me. Not very happy about that. But food was fine, so I guess I shouldn't complain too much.

I would not recommend for anyone needing to be GF. Very few menu items, no real knowledge of gluten issues. I have seldom eaten here since I was diagnosed... only when my daughter wanted to go.

Fatz doesn’t offer a lot of GF choices but I still think it’s worth eating here. The gluten free items are clearly labeled on the menu. I had the Blue Ridge Chicken, a sweet potato, and fruit. It was delicious. The waitress was both friendly and knowledgeable about food allergies. I highly recommend this restaurant, even with a limited number of GF items, because the entire family can eat here and will be happy.

I have celiac and I ate here. I ordered the Gluten free grilled shrimp with rice and broccoli. The next day I had stomach problems—diarrhea. Maybe they grilled the shrimp on the same grill as everyone else’s food. I don’t know. A lot of people don’t understand cross contamination.

Menu did not match actual options available. While they did have GF options they did not have gF French fries.

The staff was knowledgeable about how to find gluten free items on the menu. There isn’t a separate menu for gluten free it’s identified on the menu. The food is prepared in a shared kitchen. There is also an allergen list available. There are some paleo friendly choices but not many. They use soy oil.

Not a delegate gf menu, but still lots of options. Wait staff was very friendly and went an asked the cook!!

UPDATE 11/23/16: Ask for the manager on duty's help. During our visit there that day we were connected with the manager on duty, who was very helpful. She apologized and noted they had some staff turnover and were in the midst of staff education and training. With my husband pleading, we have been back a few times and have had much better experiences. Tips: ask for the manager on duty to help you with GF choices, ask the cook to verify your choices are indeed GF. The cook has identified when a dish was not safe and made suggestions for safe substitutions. I feel safe to go to Fatz-Jasper. Initial Review: The staff is not familiar with gluten... Buyer beware. When asked, they brought me a GF menu, but it was actually their nutritional info and gave no allergen info. When I brought this to their attention, they brought their kitchen copy of the allergen info from 5 months ago and it was dirty. I could pull the allergen info up on the web, but the type was so small, I couldn't use it in its current format. Pass by the Jasper Fatz if you have Celiac or are sensitivities...

I Had Wonderful BBQ chicken, sweet potato and a kale and spinach side. Waitress was knowledgeble about menu and made a special order for me. Best food I have had in awhile. Loved it.

menu identifies gluten free options

The loaded baked potato soup is gluten free and it's amazing. Never was able to eat it anywhere else because other restaurants thicken the soup with flour and things with gluten.

staff is not trained on what gluten free is. they brought me a nutritional guide that told me absolutely nothing of the ingredients. this was my first time and it took my gf finding the symbols after looking at the menu for a few mins... staff should know that gluten "conscious" options are available in there own menu

Very disappointed that many of the previously gluten free items have been removed from the menu. Very very limited entree choices although lots of sides are gf. Limited knowledge

There are two items on the menu that are GF. I had the fish and the taste was wonderful although I felt there should have been a second piece of the white fish fillet. Comes with steamed broccoli. Would like to see more items that are GF or Separate GF menu.

Our waitress was so nice and service was great. It has been a while for me & was a little disappointed that there weren't a lot of entree choices. Thankfully the potato soup is gf and it is always yummy!! Make sure to ask about the salads and dressing. They have options that aren't necessarily on the menu! Ps-the fries aren't marked gf, but are listed on here so be careful.

Food was good. Waitress understood my issue and made accommodations. My complaint is the lack of items on the menu but a good experience.

They have gluten free items marked on the menu, however their staff is not adequately trained. I was glutened and am now sick from eating here. I asked for a side salad and specified that I had to have gluten free or u would be sick. She checked and they don't have gf salad dressings but kitchen manager offered oil and vinegar. Then they brought me a side salad with croutons on it. I of course had to send it back and she assured me they would make a fresh one with no croutons. Now I am sick so it appears they just picked the croutons off. :( Be careful out there folks...

Has a great menu for gluten free selection. However staff is not great with it. Been there several times and never had a very good experience. But not awful either. Food gave me a little stomach upset so probably so cross contamination.

Menu states what's GF, problem is it's incorrect. When I pointed this out to the manager, she said I was correct and brought me the" real" GF menu from her office. I got the baked potato soup( instant) and Cobb salad( not very good at all.) if you have another option, go for it and don't eat here.

Eaten there several times. Gluten free is clearly stated on menu. Servers seemed knowledgeable.

Very good menu is easy to find GF items. If the server didn't know the answer. He went and grab a gluten free cheat sheet and showed it to you. Awesome selection of food.
