Lovely meal. Staff very considerate. Lots of choices on offer. We shared tapas style. All lovely.
As we were seated we were asked about any allergies, had gluten free alternatives and own gluten free section on bottomless brunch menu. Ordered the chilli bowl, came out with an allergen flag, also had a gluten free brownie which was delicious!
Great food! Most of the food options can come gluten free. Food comes out with Stick saying GF. Fajitas are Black so you know they’re gluten free!
The food here is amazing. Scanning over the menu there are clearly marked food items that can be made gluten free on request. I shared the taco board amoung two, which came with a variety of small dishes and tacos that are naturally gluten free. I found the gluten free and vegetarian options on the taco board limited to two items. Although its only marked as one on the menu, our server made us aware that the vege chilli was gluten free but was at risk of contamination and hence why not marked.
The atmosphere here was amazing however i felt the music was quite loud for a family dinner and would recommend maybe going earlier in the afternoon when it might be quieter.
We had a great experience here! The staff was super friendly and attentive to making sure allergens were known. When we sat down we got cards stating there was an allergy and the waitress made sure to specify and ask again once we ordered. There was a separate gluten free menu, but also has a very well labeled regular menu. I got the grande nachos with chicken and a side of rice. The portions were very large but very yummy! Would defiantly go back again if I was in town.
GF items clearly on menu. Staff aware of allergies. Could do with a few more of the gf fajitas though, as they are quite small!
Gluten free items marked on menu. We were asked about any allergies before ordering. I ordered the nachos to start and the fajitas stack as my main. I was told by the waiter gluten free food is prepared separately in the kitchen, but the main difference between the gluten free food and regular is mostly just the tortilla (flour tortilla Vs corn tortilla) so a lot of the fillings for fajitas and tacos would be gf anyway.
Truly delicious meal, the nachos were amazing with refried beans and the mushroom fajitas were great too. Good sized portions, which is fair enough because it's a bit pricey. We went on Sunday evening and there was two for one cocktails going on as well. Good veggie options.
Seems the frier is not gf as the chips weren't gf and neither were the padron peppers which is a shame (but at least they didn't mark it as gf on the menu which means they actually know about cc)
I had nachos with chicken it was delicious
The manager, Stephen, was very knowledgeable about celiac safety and for the first time ever in my life he brought over glassware and mentioned it had been washed specifically in the dishwasher (I recently learned that warm water and soap has now been shown to clean gluten off surfaces). This was a big indicator to me that he was taking gf very seriously. The food came out flagged as well which I always feel more confident in and on top of that, it was delicious! I had one of the Brazilian curries and was grateful for how many vegetarian and gf options were n the menu.
Our server was very understanding of coeliac and contamination, the menu the server had was bit outdated but there’s a Qr code and the menu online was great and easy to navigate. If you register online you also get bit 1 get one free on main meals for your first visit. Brazilian flag was placed on our table I’m assuming to let servers know that this tablet had a dietary requirement. My gluten free food was brought out first separately to the rest of the party with gluten free flags in it.
Went for lunch. Slightly disappointed by amount of gf items available from a Mexican chain restaurant where naturally foods tend to be gf. I should say I am a non meat eater. The menu is clearly marked. The waiter was helpful in providing information. Food was fine.
Waitstaff was super friendly and helpful, but the food took forever. It was mediocre tasting, but they were exceedingly careful about our gluten restriction. GF items are marked on the menu, but they also directed us to their website where you can filter the food options by whatever restrictions you have. Food came out flagged, as well. The place was very loud, so people sensitive to noise should be aware.
Order was taken by a dedicated allergy trained member of staff and came with a gluten free flag in.
A few gf options. I went for chicken coconut curry and it was tasty. Gf options marked on the menu. They ask on entry if you have any allergies. The place is massive and very busy (at least on a Saturday before a show) so we had to wait 10 min to be seated, but the stuff was friendly and service wasn't slow. The price are reasonable too.
I’ve eaten here before and was so much choice, however on my recent visit they said they can no longer guarantee anything to be free from gluten due to new suppliers! Went next door to Raymond Blanc! Big thumbs down from me šš»
Really good gluten free options and they staff were so attentive and careful to ensure that everything was okay for me to eat. Can’t fault the place!
Given an iPad with allergens clearly outlined and marked on the menu, staff were knowledgable Had nachos and then fajitas which were great
They have always been so good when I eat here. I've never been unwell and love the choice. The Burrito Bowl is amazing. They always send my food out out with a little flag in it to say "Made with care". All staff have known what Coeliac is when I tell them.
As soon as we entered we were asked for any allergens and then presented with a table notice to remind the waiters we had extra requirements. They did note that nothing could be guaranteed but we felt safe with their level of attention. There was a decent amount of choice, especially veggie options which is harder to find and some vegan/dairy free options. Everything ordered by the was checked by the waiter if we needed it to be GF in case we were to share anything. The food came out with labels if GF so we felt safe that the staff had taken extra care. We would definitely return.
Both their food and cocktail menu has items marked gluten free on the main menu. I had the nachos for starter and the chicken fajitas for dinner, both came out and were confirmed gluten free with an allergan flag. Make sure to let your server know you would like it prepared gf. lt was very good. Oh and their cocktails...margarita and the Pina colada was amazing.
Selection of gluten free items, chicken fajitas ordered but the worst wraps ever ordered and wouldn’t recommend these ended up with eating the meat and veg on its own.
Need to check online allergens rather than the indicated GF on menu as lots of may contains but the server stated gluten free on the order so even drinks were checked and my food was labelled as an allergy order
Really lovely experience. The menu is well informed of what's what and the manager was incredible. He took our order throughout our entire visit to make sure there was no risk. He was well informed and assured me that they had separate pre areas and items in the kitchen. Separate fryers and can reduce the risk of CC for most things on the menu expect nuts and garlic. He advised to ask when you come in, so you can be well informed. I would come back and I felt safe and respected in my allergies and in tolerances.
Staff were helpful about allergen information. I had the fajita stacks Which is adapted to be gluten-free by changing the wraps. Everything to put in the wraps was absolutely delicious but the wraps themselves with some of the worst wraps I’ve ever had since being diagnosed coeliac. there was lots of other choice on the menu and I’ll definitely go back just won’t be ordering anything with wraps.
First time eating out after coeliac diagnosis, felt nervous and did research on the food choices. On arrival I was asked if anyone in our party had any dietary requires ( I made a joke as I have a few requirements). I said I am vegetarian, have a severe dairy and apricot allergy, have egg intolerance and recently diagnosed with coeliac disease, I also said it was my first time eating out. The waitress completely understood and shared her allergies with me and I felt so at ease. Before we ordered I was handed a tablet which showed all the menus allergens. I ordered my food and it tasted delicious, I even had a pudding. I would definitely recommend and will be returning.
Large gluten free menu, burrito bowl was very good. No dedicated fryer.
Separate Gluten Free menu so did not to wade through main menu. Good selection with helpful knowledgeable staff
Great food that was Ceoliac safe.
The staff gave me a separate menu and helped me make a choice. I’ve been here several times because they have such a huge selection! I would recommend as they’re very knowledgeable about allergens etc and make it very easy to choose. Also good for vegan choices - I had 3-4 vegan gluten free choices which is more than you can say most places offer! They even have vegan cheese.
The staff are always very friendly and the menu is clearly marked with ‘GF’ so it’s easy to find suitable meals
Great food and service. Latin American food and drink. Went for dinner on Sunday and was seated right away. Separate gluten free menu and the main menu shows gluten free options. Great margaritas, strong and 2 for the price of 1. The 5 Tapas deal was fantastic and they all tasted great. Nice and spicy which was a nice change from the normal British dinner. Great gluten free options. Ate there 3 times during the week we were there and had a great time always.
Las Iguanas have a large number of naturally GF dishes on their menu as well as some that can be changed to suit.
Excellent food and they have a dedicated gluten free menu.
from tapas and flame grilled steaks to salads and seafood
