I have coeliac’s, and Poké Bros is my Friday night order every week! I’m extremely sensitive to cross contamination and I’ve never been glutened eating here. I love their bowls (spicy tuna is so good) and the mochi ice cream is my favorite treat!
I work here so I get to see everything that goes on.. All the food is safely prepared but once it's been put our there is no guarantee that some of the gluten Ingredients didn't touch the gluten free ingredients. There is definitely cross contamination, but you can still eat there as long as you ask to have all of your Ingredients taken out of the refill containers since those are 100% not cross contaminated. I wouldn't trust any of the sauces since they're all sorted next to eachother in the back and when we refill the containers most people don't take the time to wash their hands or the clean up rag.
Poke Bowl the Duke was excellent with some modification to accommodate gluten free. Ordered using their online website. Which clearly marks what contains gluten. Lots of options

Excellent at accommodating GF. Helpful staff. The menu lists which items contain gluten. They also have a GF OG sauce they keep separate.

Excellent choice if you have CD or just gluten sensitivity. Almost all menu ingredients are gluten free. Only the items that are marked with a “G” contain gluten, so it’s a little confusing but basically if it has a “G” don’t order it, otherwise you’re safe. Bowls are so good, so fresh and meticulously made. Very, very little chance for cross contamination. Flavorful food that’s fresh, healthy and mostly gluten free, even their marinated tuna! Highly recommend this place.
First time eating at Poke Bro’s. Ordered a build your own bowl. The website is clearly noted for the components and sauces that contain Gluten. And there is still a large variety that is GF. The bowl was phenomenal! Highly recommend!
Love Poke Bros. I frequent another location, but recently moved so now this location will be my go to. I always order online so it's ready for me. I love ordering online as they indicate on the ingredients which contain gluten. I'm a creature of habit so I always order the same thing. Love Poke Bros!
Everything is marked that contains gluten on their website. I had the salmon bowl with sushi and brown rice, with a bunch of veggies and the spicy mayo. No reaction.
Menu items containing gluten are marked. All food items have their own serving utensils so there is little chance of cross contamination.
Fast, friendly, delicious food. Most items / ingredients are GF, those that aren't are clearly marked "Gluten." I'll be back again and again.
Their menu does have gluten free options clearly listed. There is a note that says all bowls come with OG sauce and it has gluten, and I asked them to leave that out. I got rice, salmon, gluten free veggies, and 2 gf sauces and had a reaction to the food. Their dry toppings are heavily cross contaminated, I did not add any of those. The food was very good but obviously not worth suffering for a week to eat there.
If you mention gluten free they will use the gluten free OG sauce instead and point out what is safe

Order from this place via DoorDash all the time and have never been sick afterwards. Lots of GF choices and the menu provides good info.
LOVE this “Asian Chipotle”. I do wish they would make the small changes that could make this facility all GF (soy sauce and imitation crab)

I have eaten here 3xs and have not been sick! They are very helpful when you ask them to make sure what you order is GF some items you may have to sub out but a lot to choose from. Food always looks and taste fresh.
Menu is well marked and they even have a gluten free sauce! Most items are gluten free.
They have allergy options marked on the options. Make sure to tell them you’re gluten free to get the Gluten Free OG sauce.
They seem to have pretty good gluten-free options. The staff is friendly. Gluten free options are clearly marked.
I’ve eaten here multiple times and have never had a reaction. You can watch them scoop your different ingredients. It’s all fresh and they even have a gluten free version of their house “OG sauce”. Great place and I will continue to go there.
Really yummy! I had the half/half bowl with shrimp and tuna, rice and every topping that was gluten free. Items containing gluten are clearly marked.
I was able to order and eat delicious food with confidence and peace of mind :). I will continue to look for these when traveling.

Great place for GF. Lots of options and everything is clearly labeled. They mark what ingredients contain gluten with a “G”. There are lots of Poke Bros locations but this one of my favorite! š

Easy to be safe and delicious!
I built my own poke bowl and it was delicious. I had a vegetarian bowl with the gluten free og sauce and it was fantastic. Felt very safe because each ingredient had its own spoon and they make your food in the bowl you’ll eat it from.
Excellent service, clear knowledge about gluten. No cross contamination due to sauces are all in a squeeze bottle.

I eat here 3 times a week sometimes. Gluten items are marked on menu, not marked are gluten free. They have gluten free soy sauce. Great service and amazing food. 10/10

They have a pretty good variety of gf choices. It’s healthy and delicious, although expensive. I like to eat mine with toasted seaweed snacks, coco aminos, and tamari. The “OG sauce” is not gf and is put on everything unless requested otherwise so be sure to request gf og sauce!! The marinated tuna is my favorite and thankfully it’s gluten free. One of the most celiac friendly restaurants I’ve been to.

Such a great experience! I called ahead of time to ask if they had gluten free options and also asked what their procedures were in regards to cross contact. The person I spoke to on the phone was super helpful & knowledgeable. When I arrived, the wonderful lady behind the counter took great care of me. New gloves & walked me through the entire line and let me know what I could or could not have. The marinated fish is NOT GF but they have plain tofu, chicken, shrimp & salmon which are all safe along with rice and a bunch of fresh fruits & veggies. The only GF sauce is gf soy sauce (tamari). Also great at accommodating dairy free & vegan (tofu). Cannot wait to go back!

Excellent experience here. All items that contain gluten are clearly marked on the menu. They use separate serving spoons for each item, so you can make your own bowl and there isn’t cross-contamination between items. The employee who helped us even double checked each item my daughter chose on their master allergen list. He was very mindful when preparing the bowl and said he has family with gluten allergies, so he took it very seriously. Delicious food!
Sushi bowls! Great flavor. Menu clearly marks gf options. I did the build your own bowl with the gf of sauce and goodies on top. Very nice and clean place
My husband who is not gluten free and I ate at this establishment for takeout and while there they’re was someone who picked up food for door dash or something like that. They were very helpful & I chose to create my own. There were very few things that I could not have. This reminded me of Chipotle, Mad Greens, Tokyo Joes but yet it’s own flavor too & very good too
