They have an extensive separate GF menu. Only wish was that there were more meatless options for the pastas. A manager comes and takes your order. The manager also supervises the prep of your meal. They have many procedures in place to prevent cross contamination. I had the margarita pizza - it’s made in a separate pan and they even use separate sauce so that there’s no contamination with the ladle and gluten pizzas. The pizza was good.

They had a separate gluten free menu with a range of pizza and pasta options. They do not offer gluten free burger buns and the chips are not gluten free either which is a disappointment. Although there were plenty of gluten free options, I found the selection uninspiring and the pasta I ordered was bland. Wouldn’t go again!

The main waitress brought me an extra menu with only gluten-free dishes. In addition, all gluten-free options or alternatives were also noted on the regular menu (as well as desserts). I had gf Pizza & gf Garlic Bread with balsamic vinegar, mozzarella and onions (absolute highlight!!). All employees were very attentive, the service was extremely friendly and it was delicious too. We had carbonara pasta with chicken - tasty. Pizzas were fresh dough, not frozen, however not our favorite. Garlic bread was good (same pita like dough as pizza). Kids menu for the price is very nice, 3 course meal, all GF.

Today we ate there. They were very friendly. We got a glutenfree menucard and the pizza was good. My daughter didn't have any problems after eating so we trink, it's save. Thank you for the fantastic lunch.

We had a nice time here— they comp a bottle of Prosecco for your first visit. The food was semi expensive but the pizza was pretty good. Not the best I’ve had, and pricier than we would’ve liked, but safe and enjoyable.

Went here for evening meal. The head waiter took our order and the menu was fully gf from pizza to pasta and everything in between. It was like eating REAL Italian food and delicious. Added bonus to know that everything was gf. Can totally recommend

We actually went to eat here twice while in London for our vacation. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have clearly marked gluten free options, even special options for kids / a kids menu including gluten free garlic bread, pizza and pasta. The manager and staff take extra care to ensure contamination is avoided. I definitely recommend the place!

Fantastic Italian restaurant with a great GF menu. Staff are knowledgeable about Celiac disease and the manager personally takes all GF orders to ensure safety. GF dishes come out flagged, and there is a great variety of pasta, pizza, and starters. The GF bread and pizza crusts are light, crisp, and really tasty. So good you might wonder if you're actually eating GF! I had the GF brushetta, which was delicious, followed by the best Ceasar salad I've ever eaten. The sauce was rich and creamy, and the warm chicken and poached egg made for a complete and filling meal. In place of croutons, the salad comes with wedges of GF pizza dough cooked crisp and light and brushed with olive oil and garlic. Perfect for getting every last bit of the sauce. The staff are friendly and warm and the service is excellent and attentive.

Love our local Prezzo.

A good selection of GF starters, mains and desserts. GF pizza and pasta options available (though the pizza base is nothing on a real Italian base...still nice if you fancy a change from pasta though!)

The service here is good, we can use our clubcard vouchers (wahey) and unlike another local Italian chain restaurant that is accredited by Coeliac UK - I don't find I get ill here after. The cross contamination protocols are stronger I feel - I haven't been ill here once (and I am highly sensitive).

Kids meals also available GF and excellent value for three courses and a drink!

I went with my friend and we ordered the same meal from the kids menu and the only difference was that I had everything gluten free. Unlike at pizza express I had the same size portion for all 3 courses and the waitress was very careful about my allergy, and triple checked everything. Would return again

Prezzo are coeliac UK accredited. Asked before we sat down if there were any allergies, so GF menu provided. I asked about CC and there is a separate area in the kitchen. They also said that the chef has to clean down, which is why when they are busier service can be slower for GF food (personally I'd rather that than being glutened). Service was good. I managed to convince muggle husband to share GF garlic bread with caramelised onions and cheese to start, i thought it was good, but hubbie less impressed! I had 'fusilli carbonara' and it was really good, the portion looked small but i struggled to finish it. I'm a dessert person, but the GF options are limited, ice cream or a blackcurrant cheesecake, so i declined.

I evaluated a lot of takeaway options in a canterbury and found Prezzo had the most options. I had tomato bruschetta which was amazing (highly recommend) and carbonara which was fairly average. Overall pleased though.
