Have eaten here a couple of times due to good GF choices, pizzas and pasta. Staff knowledgeable and generally good service. Can be loud as it’s very popular with families but good food and safe. Last visit however, having been given the GF menu as we entered, made our choices and had our order taken, the server told us they had NO gf pasta at all. This reduces menu choices by about 50%. If you trade on the fact that you are a GF supportive restaurant, to run out of GF pasta is really, really poor. Not to tell customers before they sit and have drinks, poorer still! We made do with pizza and it was very nice - but only 1 GF desert available too. We didn’t bother!
Fantastic service for a large family gathering and great attention was given to the three gluten-free orders for our table. So much GF choice too!
Second time at Prezzo. First time I had a bottomless brunch and the pizza was great. However, this time I had a garlic bread for a starter and then a goats cheese pizza but I had to have 2 mini pizzas as they had run out of the dough. They were ok but didn’t feel they were cooked the best. Think I’ll try a pasta dish next time. Positives they had a big menu specifically for gluten free. So very easy to navigate and the manager takes your order.

Very attentive to allergies. Broad GF menu, 2 cider options and good GF pizza (and also a good sized GF pizza which is not common). Regular gluten pizza was only ok though.
The carlicbred was okay, but the pizza was not good. Should have tried the pasta and not the pizza. We dont think it was very good.
A whole GF menu available which is great. Staff took it seriously and fetched manager to take my order. Only criticism is that the portion of pasta versus sauce/filling was wayyy to much (not usually a complaint!) so it was all pasta and a bit plain but suspect that this is because the pasta is tiny 🤣 Overall a reallly good experience and I didn’t feel like there was a huge drama around being Gf.
Very safe for celiacs. Perfectly cooked Fuselli with chicken and mushroom was delicious. There is a gluten-free chocolate cake with cream or mascarpone that is excellent.
Had plenty of gluten free options and was lovely . Garlic bread want worth bothering with though. Like a frizbee
My daughter has coeliac disease. Explained to them when being seated and again when ordering.
Food come out labelled gluten free. Unfortunately for 3 days after she was really unwell from being glutened.
Excellent meal in lovely, restaurant innicely restored building. Good service and good range of meals offered as GF. Servers knowledgeable and food arrived quickly, piping hot and tasty.
Ate here with my coeliac daughter a few weeks ago, good selection of mains etc and no after effects

My absolutely favourite place for gluten free! complete gluten free menu, the carbonara is my favourite meal but they have options for main, starters and desserts.
I've been to a couple of Prezzo locations now and haven't gotten sick. Got breakfast this time (bambini full Italiano), and it was tasty, but the bread was overcooked and hard as a rock
Gluten free and kids friendly! When you arrive in the restaurant, they immediately ask if there are any allergies. You feel very safe and very "normal". Gluten free pasta very good and a child ice cream GF.

Would not recommend eating here at all if you are coeliac. Went to a large family meal here so didn’t want to kick up a fuss but realised when I went to the loo that they were putting the gf pizzas directly onto the oven shelf to cook the same as the normal ones so totally contaminated so didn’t eat my food once it arrived and the base would have been inedible and impossible to cut anyway it was so hard
Excellent service and a full gluten free menu. Even the pizza came up with a little gluten free flag on it, which was most reassuring.
We had a good experience here. At the door we were asked if anybody had any allergics. Our daughter got a GF menucard with lots of options! She choose a pizza and garlic bread as an appetizer. She enjoyed it!

I ordered a gluten free garlic bread with mozzarella & a gluten free carbonara! Both were delicious and were ready in a very timely manner, loved every bite 🤌😘
Love this restaurant. I come here a lot as they have great gluten free options and it’s always very safe. They have a separate gluten free menu, the only downside is that the drinks and puddings aren’t on it. They do have one gluten free dessert which is a chocolate cake. I always have a great meal here, they ask as soon as you come in if you have any allergies. My gluten free meal always comes out with a flag in it so I’m reassured.
Very good food — had the carbonara gluten free. The wait staff were very knowledgeable about allergies and even had the manager ensure that our orders were correct. They made it a completely comfortable experience. Will add this to my ‘regular’ list of restaurants!

My son had pizza, tasted very good. Special menu for gluten free and varaity of dishes Service is very good . Expensive in my opinion (all the pizzas not only GF)
Staff were very knowledgeable about coeliac and explained the process that will take place in the preparing, cooking and serving. They were clearly very attentive and aware during the whole meal.
The place also has a separate gf menu with a smaller selection. My daughter had the pizza. It was ok but a bit on the bland side. It is very rare to find very tasty gf food…
Enjoyed a gluten free pizza. I am also sensitive to dairy and was able to order my GF pepperoni pizza without cheese or vegan cheese.

The food was sub par for its price, they had plenty of gluten free options on a separate menu but the food itself was boring and flavourless. Staff were great a very knowledgable
Decent dinner for the 2 coeliacs in our family. Options include GF bruschetta, cheesy garlic bread, pizza & pasta. Food was nice rather than outstanding (pizza was better than the pasta) but good choice & GF options marked on menu.
I am celiac and I ordered bruschetta and pasta. The pasta was quite good but the bruschetta was very sad. My husband also ordered a gluten free pizza, both crusts were pancake thin and flat and tasted like cardboard. Don't order their bread but the pasta is fine :)
On entering the restaurant we were asked if anyone had food allergies. Our granddaughter is gluten intolerant. After being led to the table we were given the menus, a gluten free menu and an allergy policy document. When placing the order the waiter took all choices apart from gluten free choice as he had to get the manager to take the choice(not an inconvenience, another level offering confidence the policy is being followed) There is plenty of gluten free options on the menu, pasta and pizza all clearly labelled. When the food was brought out each gluten free dish was clearly labelled with allergen flags. Would certainly recommend.

Prezzo is accredited by coeliac UK so felt safe eating there. All food came out with gf flags in which is also really reassuring. Everything was delicious! They even have garlic bread as a side or starter which is such a treat as you can’t usually get this anywhere GF.
Fabulous! Got off a delayed flight, dealt with bad traffic, hotel room wasn’t ready… and then I looked at my app and found Prezzo! Two big thumbs up! And my non-GF husband loved it, too.

asked about any allergies on the door, gave me a dedicated GF menu, made sure the sides that were ordered for the table were GF, lots of options (even 2 desserts!) and main course came out with a gluten free flag in it
