Deval, the owner was very aware of my situation and got me frustrated meats and cheeses as well and topping for my Sandwich with "cloud bread" and even was kind enough to let me take extra bread with me!!! It was super delicious and he was so nice!!!

I came into the front and asked about the gluten free options and they said all they could offer me was a salad. Everything else had flour in it.

They only had lettuce wraps, no gluten free bread. Messed up sandwich. Staff was nice. There is a risk for cross contamination for celiacs. Vegetarian options. Can sit inside. Follows Covid-19 rules, clean.

I had the lettuce wich. I asked them to change gloves and use a different knife to cut the sandwich. It was very good and i had no reactions to it. If you are super sensitive then you mightttt not want to risk it but I am celiac and had no reactions.
This place is great! I would give 5 stars, but they did not have gluten free bread available, only lettuce wraps. (The manager said they were working on getting fr bread though.) They had a ton of options for toppings and everything was very fresh. The chicken in my lettuce wrap was really good. Can’t wait to try this place when trey do have gf bread!! Also, everyone who had regular subs loved them as well! Awesome service.
Yes
Was NOT Gluten Friendly. I ask What your Gluten free sandwiches? Any of them then The clerk says you can have anything other than the bread right?
No
You can build your own lettuce wraps. Food tasted fresh and high quality. Service was slow each time I visited.
They have a dedicated gluten free menu but they don’t actually have gluten free bread or a dedicated food prep area...they just swap bread for lettuce, which my 9yo was sadly not willing to do. She also recommended the spinach wrap, which is definitely not GF
Ate here a week ago and was skeptical because they are not dedicated gf but it was a goid experience. For gf you can order a bowl or lettuce wrap in just about any sub. I told them I was gf and they took precautions to make my lettuce wrap. They also had gf chips I could pick from.
So friendly & accommodating. They changed prep area, gloves, and used new set ups to avoid cross contamination. No GF bun, but lettuce wraps and salads available. Will update after eating.
All meats are gluten free. I had a Philly cheesesteak in a lettuce wrap. The wrap was done well (some restaurants struggle with lettuce wraps!) and it was delicious. Staff was very knowledgeable and were happy to assist me with my order.
Yes
They do not have gluten free bread at this location
The staff was very helpful but we did not order. Not safe for Celiac.

Amazing lettuce wraps! Lots of options of different sandwich meats and toppings you can have made into a lettuce wrap or into a salad bowl. Definitely a go to for me!
Was bummed they didn’t have gluten free bread. But I happened to have my own bread with me and they were really great about changing out gloves and the paper for cooking it. They do have a lettuce wrap which is pretty good too.
Yes
Listed as having gluten-free. Salads and lettuce wraps. Staff very friendly and helpful. I ordered mixed salad and balsamic vinaigrette.
Had a lettuce wrap, was sick after.

Knowledgeable staff many GF choices!
Fresh, I got the bowl instead of a sandwich. It was good
Excellent lettuce wrap sandwiches
Lots of options for lettuce wrapped sandwiches
A sandwich shop that has gluten free sandwich options. they allow a lettuce wrap option. Large portions. I couldn't finish all of mine. Oh! I also recommend the house chips. You will not be sorry.
Yes
Do not go to this establishment if you have Celiac. No gluten-free products and staff do not know what does or does not have gluten. I was told a wrap was gluten-free just to have the worker come out to ask me what exactly I'm allergic to once I ate half the wrap. I was so sick.
Yummy lettuce wraps. Do ask for a form up at the ordering desk before putting in your order. Lots and lots of choices to find a creation that you'll like.
Lettuce wraps for any sandwich in place of bread.
Told the Manager my daughter had Celiac. They changed gloves. He got the Dijon out of the bottle and sliced a tomato for her. Then walked it out and explained it all to us. Bravo.
Discontinued their gluten-free stuff.

Allergen list is available online, and they can do a bowl or a lettuce wrap, both without bread. This app indicated they have gluten free bread from Local Oven. I called this location (downtown Dallas), and they do not have GF bread.
Yes
No longer serving gluten free breads.
They have a lettuce wrap option, and they wrap it so tight in the paper that it stays together really well while you eat! You can still have a wrap, or if you prefer, there are larger options, like the sandwich as a salad selection. most items here are gluten free except for a few items, including of course the bread and imitation crab meat. Good contamination prevention practices as well.
This Which Wich location is currently testing Local Oven gluten free sub rolls and they are DELICIOUS. I had their sandwiches before I had gluten issues and I would say that the gf option is just as good as the gluten-filled options. When you order they call out to the other workers that there is a gluten free sandwich order. I was not able to see if they take precautions regarding cross-contamination, but my sister, my niece, and I did not have any negative reactions. I really, really hope there will be more Which Wich locations that serve gf bread. It is definitely worth the $2 extra you pay for it.
Yes
it does not have a gluten free menu, according to the manager. There is no gluten free bread. I had to order salad
Options for gf are lettuce wrapped sandwiches or bowl style. Bummer no bread, but it was still good. The man working here and helping us was very knowledgable. He changed gloves before preparing my lettuce wrapped sandwich. Tasty and easy for a quick lunch
I was really looking forward to a GF sandwich, :( the guy at the register had no idea what I was talking about. Left with out getting anything. I really wanted to love this place.
my go to place when I want a great gluten free sandwich. I've spoken to the owners several times and they definitely understand gluten free. delicious! worth every penny
They have lettuce wraps and indicated everything else is Gluten free as far as meats, sides, etc.
