I want to love Honeygrow so much. Their food is so tasty and perfect. But I have gotten crossed every time I have gone there. So, I wait a while and go back and it happens again. Such a bummer and foe me I'm in pain for days after eating there.

Loved the stir-fry here! Fully customizable - rice/rice noodles, all proteins GF (turkey meatballs were awesome!), lots of veggie choices to add in. Only a few GF sauces, but I tried Red Coconut Curry Sauce and really enjoyed it. Online ordering is great because it shows you a GF symbol next to each ingredient. But I recommend ordering at the kiosk inside and then telling someone behind the counter to flag your order as an allergy so that they cook your food in a freshly cleaned wok. Food was delicious and I felt great after. Can't wait to go back!

The food is delicious! All proteins are gf, 2 sauce options for stir fry are gf, and they provide gf soy sauce packets if you ask (gf soy sauce packets are the default you don’t have to specify). I haven’t had any issues and have eaten here about 10 times. Everything gf is marked and staff are very helpful answering questions about wheat/gluten issues.

You order through a kiosk, so once you put your order in just grab the attention of one of the staff and say you have a severe gluten allergy and the name attached to the order. I have been here many times and each time they take the precautions necessary and i’ve never gotten sick!!

Honeygrow has nice food, gf noodles, etc. but the problem is that there is a big risk of cross contamination. Things marked gf on the menu have all gf ingredients but are cooked on the same surfaces as other ingredients. I’ve been glutened there twice before realizing this. In person, you can mention you have an “allergy” and they will use different gloves and pans, but their kiosks and online app do not make this clear or accessible.

Quick service restaurant with ordering at the counter. The electronic menu is marked with gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan. There are numerous gluten free options. I ordered rice noodles with turkey meatballs and red curry sauce. I have Celiac Disease and had no issues eating at honeygrow.

I ordered in person and there was no way to insert an allergy note on the kiosk, but I was able to tell them in person and they made sure to use a clean station. I made my own stir fry which was great and each item was labeled GF, V, etc which was helpful. Unfortunately not many sauces were gluten free, but my meal was very filling and I didn’t have any issues.

We tried this today and my son was able to get the rice noodles. I called before we went and I was assured they would cook his food in a separate wok. After ordering, I let them know that he has Celiac's. They put a note on his order and immediately notified everyone in the kitchen. He loved his food and he did not get sick!!

I’ve been multiple times and they always mess up your order— I find wheat noodles in with rice noodles and sauces that are not gf mixed in with mine. Don’t go here if your allergies are serious, the staff doesn’t know what they’re doing and don’t care about cross contamination and prep.

Edit: so they are really good about the gf thing however you have to go in person and ask. You can’t use the online order because there is no way to indicate to the staff that you have an allergy. They are really friendly and helpful. But you do have to catch them before they make it or order directly with a person.

We called ahead and the person was very knowledgeable so we came and tried it out. We got the whole order (3 salads) all gf so we could sample each other’s food. They called out that there was an allergy and gave the name of the order. It was prepared by one person who changed her gloves and brought it out to us. She even put the salads in plastic bowls to ensure there was no chance of cross contamination. We enjoyed the experience very much and will be back. Thank you honeygrow!

It appears they have transitioned to digital ordering for in store, which doesn’t allow you to easily ask them to take precautions. My food was certainly cooked in a glutened wok. The place is filled with delivery people and hard to get their attention. The menu also doesn’t list which entrees are gluten free (you have to check each ingredient and swap things out.) I certainly won’t be coming back. (Full disclosure, I take tolerase gluten enzymes whenever eating out, so I didn’t have a reaction but that doesn’t mean it’s safe.)

We’ve eaten here a number of times and have always had a safe experience. They list their GF options however, after placing your order, be sure to connect with one of the employees to make known your dietary restrictions. They will wash hands and change gloves if asked. I am extremely sensitive to cross contamination so eating out is a struggle for me. Upon entering I informed them of my allergy and they let me know they have a dedicated fryer and they also changed their gloves on request. Super friendly and made me comfortable knowing I could watch them prepare my food. Lots of options & delicious- didn’t get sick! Menus items are marked on the digital ordering Kiosks. However because no one is taking your order you do have get someone attention after you finish your order, to inform them of the gluten allergy. It can be a little difficult during busy times.
After informing the staff they did make extra effort and had some extra cleaning procedures for allergens. However we went when it was not very busy. They may be just as good when busy but I’m not sure.

I usually order them from ubereats and there is no way to mark any allergies that way. I used to love their food and it has become a late-night staple for me but I got a thick noodle in my stir fry tonight and their thick noodles contain gluten. I wish I could tell them what happened but on ubereats I was not able to leave a comment. I'll try calling after finals but that's what makes the timing that much worse. The food is really good and there are probably better ways to order where you can communicate dietary issues and they will treat it with more care but maybe avoid them on ubereats.

I have always had good experiences at HoneyGrow...they clearly mark their menu with what items are/are not GF. The staff also clearly communicate with one another regarding a gluten “allergy,” when they are informed (including hand washing/glove change/fresh pans/utensils to cook). It is also marked on the order/receipt.
Only giving four stars because the org should find a way to work noting an “allergy” or GF protocol to improve their communication. But the staff, in my opinion, are always 5-stars!

We went for lunch and the salads and noodle bowls were delicious. The menu is mainly bowls and various salads and you pick all the toppings. There were several lunch options and it was very fresh. My daughter has celiac.
After eating here I got very sick. I ordered the rice noodles, but I got served a different kind of noodle. I didn’t realize it until I was on my way out, and saw another customer eating rice noodles, and they look very different than what I consumed. My fear was confirmed later that day, when I felt ill. I ordered takeout from this restaurant. When I got home and opened the container, I smelled garbage. Thought maybe I forgot to take out the trash but after taking 2 or 3 bites because I was starving, confirmed that it was the food. I was sick for at least a week thereafter and my stool smelled horrible. If you are celiac, do not let the children that work there play games with your health. The incident was reported to management and all they promised was a refund which was never received.
