Island fin is so easy to create a meal that caters to diet restrictions. Being able to see them make the bowl also gave me comfort knowing that my food was exactly what I ordered! They are gluten free and also have tofu for vegan/vegetarian option which is great. You NEED to try the dolewhip here!!

Honestly one of the best places I’ve been for poke being GF!! Service was absolutely amazing and they were so knowledgeable. Everything there is GF except for the wontons, tempura, and crispy toppings (the crispy garlic is GF though to my surprise. The portions are HUGE and the flavors are amazing. All of the sauces are house made and all of the fish and toppings are freshly hand cut every morning by the staff! Even my non-GF boyfriend wants to go back. The atmosphere of this place is just 10/10 all around!! Will be going back!!
This place is awesome! Basically everything is gluten free besides 2 fried toppings. They only use tamari, it’s awesome! It’s very well priced you get 3 proteins for like $14. The dole is also gluten free and so yummy. Definitely my go to poke place!
The best place ever! The owner is so incredibly nice. He walked me through the entire process and menu. Every single thing in the store is gluten free (minus a few of the seasonings at the very end that are separated). No cross contamination whatsoever and amazing dole whip! Highly recommend!

We had a very good experience here. The food was delicious and all of the gluten containing items are stored in covered containers at the end of the line. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and was very patient with all of our questions. We would highly recommend.
Staff stated that everything was gluten free except two of the fried toppings (wontons and crispy onions I believe). All of the fried toppings were kept separately from their other toppings in their own container. All of the sauces and toppings are otherwise gluten free. Their dole whips are also gluten free.
Overall the poke tasted great although the fish seemed a little freezer burnt. We were given a sample of their dole whip it was really good.
So many GF options!!! Nearly everything at this restaurant is gluten free, with the exception of a few toppings (crispy onions, wonton crisps). Even all of the sauces are made with gluten-free soy sauce which is wonderful! We stopped in for my Celiac daughter and were really impressed with the variety of protein options, both seafood and non-seafood to please everyone. The restaurant is very clean and has a comfortable dinning area with a few games for kids. They offer smaller sized kid's portions and are very accomodations with allergy/special dietary needs. Everything tasted fresh and the kids and adults all thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The manager/staff were friendly and attentive. Great experience!

It was great the dole was gf and pretty much everything but the crunch items is gf. It was great and the roe is not soaked in soy and there sauces are all gf.

This place is amazing. Great food, great service, great people. All the food is so fresh and healthy, serving sizes are great, the owner is very involved and you can tell he cares. Everything is gluten free here, except three toppings, and the staff is very well educated on gluten free and celiac.
I really enjoyed this place. They let you try things. Almost everything is gluten-free. And the Vibe is fun and vacationy. The food was really good and they have a great selection of sodas!

Everything (including all the sauces!) are made gluten free. There are only three toppings at the end that are clearly labeled with a dot that aren’t. The employees were so helpful explaining everything and the owner has someone in the family that has celiac. Everything looked very fresh.
They were super informed and were able to tell me with detail the options I had. They were also very dairy-free friendly.

The guy who made my bowl was super knowledgeable about gluten sensitivities. He told me everything that is safe, everything that is not, and explained what I shouldn’t risk. They uneven use a gluten-free soy sauce!
Excellent food, healthy choices, the server was knowledgeable! No reaction, and a full belly, so win win!

Poké bowl place where everything is gluten free except the crunchy toppings at the end. All their sauces are made with the gluten free soy sauce and everything is marinated in that as well.

So yummy! Build your own poke bowls with tons of proteins, toppings, and sauces. The ONLY things that aren't gluten free are a couple of crunchy toppings, located at the very end of the line. All the sauces were GF! Very, very tasty.

All but three menu items are gluten free. Haven’t eaten the food yet, it was just ordered, but they were helpful in the phone, and easy to order online.
The food station was a mess. More items included gluten than the website stated (the worker said several dry toppings, seaweed salad, and the chicken. The seaweed salad was in the middle of the toppings, and the chicken was also with all other protein. She agreed that the risk of cross contamination was likely.
My poke bowl had a base of mixed greens and rice with salmon, spicy tuna, and edamame mixed in ponzu sauce, plus ginger, cucumbers, jalapeño, seaweed salad, with a togarashi sauce, furikake and nori topping. Almost everything is gluten free here. I normally love spicy tuna but enjoyed the salmon more here. The coast is clear 10 hours later. The website has a nutrition calculator to filter gluten free.

The staff was very friendly and knew exactly what had gluten and what did not. The food and all of the sauces were very good. Probably the best poke I’ve ever had. I’m pretty certain the lady who served me was the owner but I did not ask.
Anytime I’m in Vegas I’ll be back there for sure.
Poke bowls. Everything is GF except the crunchy bits to put on last (so skip those). Very tasty.
95% of this place is gluten free. Great grab and go option.

Everything is GF except the crispy toppings.
First time visiting. Disclosed my allergy, staff did a good job explaining allergens; however, after having taken several bites staff ran over and disclosed they switched the Korean BBQ sauce and it now contains gluten. Island Fin Poke just took the next two weeks of my life from me. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and say they generally know what they are doing and just made an egregious mistake today, but please be careful. I personally will never go back and would not recommend taking the risk as a celiac. They did voluntarily refund the bowl after I left and were very apologetic.
I hate to give a place that has so many great gluten-free options a bad review. However, my kid got a rice bowl with the avocado crema as one of the toppings and had such massive food poisoning for the next two days. 🙁 He threw up for seven hours straight, most of which was dry heaving.
This place was outstanding. Everything was GF with exception of some of the crunchy toppings. The workers were super knowledgeable about what was GF and what wasn’t. The food was delicious, with so many options, including non-seafood. A great variety of foods, and veggies making for a very colorful poke bowl that tasted just as good as it looked. Highly recommend stopping by if in Tallahassee!!

The lady who made my poke bowl takes food allergies very seriously and was knowledgeable about which ingredients could contain gluten/cross contamination. She was SUPER friendly as well! Pretty much everything is gluten free except for a few of the crunchy toppings. She let me try the dole whip pineapple soft serve and it was delicious! Highly recommend this place.
Love this place! The food is delicious, the staff was super knowledgeable and safe, and did I mention the food was amazing?? Brought my non-GF family with me and they loved it too! There’s only three/four gluten ingredients that are in their own containers and everything else is gluten free.
We love Island Fin! My daughter has Celiac disease with SEVERE reactions. We safely eat here—enjoying deliciously fresh food knowing we are safe from any contamination. All items are gluten free except for a few toppings that are separate from the rest of the food. So many options! Many options for dairy free too! We cannot recommend it enough!

I absolutely love to eat here. Everything but 3 items on the menu is gluten free. So many options, which if you are gf, you know, that just isn’t the case with most places to eat. Being celiac isn’t easy to navigate through. But this place makes it easy.
Met the owner. Lovely family with a super thorough understanding of cross contamination and celiacs. Not to mention dole whip that tastes just like Disney!
Everything here minus a few ending toppings are all GF. The staff is always AMAZING and the food is 10/10. Love this place. Can’t say enough

Ate here tonight, no reaction and everything except the tempura flakes and 2 others are GF. All sauces are GF, all toppings, protein, etc which is so nice! Tasted amazing
i’m incredibly sensitive to gluten and this is the only restaurant in vegas (aside from fruits and roots, rest in peace 🕊) that hasn’t cross contaminated me. all sauces, marinades, etc are made using GF soy sauce, they have vegan options, and the only items that have gluten are some of the crunchy toppings which are kept separate and not made in house. staff are all very knowledgeable about gluten and super careful to make sure everything is safe. 1000/10 i eat here weekly, never had a problem.

Ate here while passing through Knoxville. Staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. The only gluten containing toppings (three) were kept separated at the end of the assembly. Food was delicious with a refreshingly large amount of variety to choose from.
Favorite place! All GF except for some toppings. I get the Korean BBQ Chicken bowl and it’s amazing.

I tried this place on wednesday and it was amazing! The service was great, the girl who took my order explained everything to me and assured me the three gluten ingredients were kept separate. It was extremely good and accommodating. I cannot remember the last time I was able to eat masago or imitation crab.

I have Celiac Disease. I've been here once and didn't get sick. The owner was very nice and expla. ined that she too has Celiac Disease. While we were eating the owner brought over free samples of softother. Everything was delicious and I didn't get sick so this in now my lunch spot when I work in Worcester. I didn't get toppings because they have some toppings made with gluten and all the toppings are in separate containers but all right next to each other. The Rick of cross-contamination seemed a bit high for my comfort and the reason for only a 4 rating for safety

We tried these Poke bowls in another state and fell in love with the food! Not a lot of poke bowl places have very many gluten free options. So Island Fin Poke is nice for having so many things gluten free! This location is no exception and absolutely excellent!!! I feel completely safe eating here. Delicious! Wish we lived close by and could eat here more often. Staff is super friendly and helpful, too!
