Super tasty poke bowls. All of their sauces and most toppings are gluten free. I tried a build your own bowl with tuna and salmon. I called before hand to ask about ingredients and prep. They were very friendly and knew the answers. Very delicious and I felt very safe eating the food.

This is a “build your own poke bowl.” Choose from ahi tuna, spicy tuna, salmon, and chicken. Excellent options for mix ins. Almost everything is GF but toppings which are in covered containers separate from the other ingredients. They also have GF soft serve ice cream with pineapple machine that’s really good!

This place is amazing! What a great addition to Clarksville! They have so many gf options! All of their meat and rice are gluten free. Our entire experience here was wonderful. We called ahead and they had knowledgeable employees who still got us in contact directly with the owner who verified the original information. They were happy to provide the info and didn’t act like it was a hassle. Upon arriving, the staff remembered us via the phone call. They guided us through the ordering process and already knew what we could and couldn’t have. The gluten containing ingredients are contained to one end section away from the other food. The owner came over to check on us and was so kind and generous! We will be coming back often!

I’ve ordered from here a few times and never gotten sick! It’s so tasty and is such a big bowl for the price. Honestly, getting to have any sauce on poke (let alone every sauce!!) is so exciting to me.

I’m told the only gluten is in the crunchy toppings so I just steer clear of all toppings because it’s not a big deal to me - so easy!

A fresh and delicious choice for anyone with a Gluten Free diet! Everything is Gluten Free except for 3 crispy toppings kept in separate containers at the end of the line! Nothing is cooked so no need for a dedicated fryer as no fryer exists! All fresh sushi grade fish, as well as chicken, octopus, tofu and even Spam! Everything is gluten free except a couple of the crunchy toppings. All sauces use gluten free soy so are safe. The server was very helpful and I noticed was even pointing out the gluten free and non-gluten free items to everyone. I felt very comfortable eating here and really enjoyed being able to enjoy almost anything they offered. They even brought us a sample of their gluten free dairy free dole whip.

This was a miss for me. Tried it because of the great reviews. Took my time ordering… brown rice & greens, chicken, ponzu sauce and mango. When I tasted the bowl it tasted like fish. So I couldn’t eat it because that wasn’t what I ordered. Probably won’t go back

Great food. The owner was there. Very knowledgeable about GF. Basically sushi on rice with various toppings and sauces. All the sauces are GF as well. They also have chicken, shrimp and octopus as a protein for your rice bowl. Not sure about the octopus if it’s fried or not. They don’t have a dedicated fryer so all the crispy fried toppings are not GF. Hawaiian mango soft serve too.

I just got back from a trip to the islands and loved all the fresh Poke I could have down there. Did a quick search for GF poke in Vegas and this happened to be right by my office. Almost all of their offerings are gluten free, including their sauces! As of Jan 8, 2022 the owner says only the crispy onions and the wonton strips are gluten containing.

Update: I ate here regularly (admittedly multiple times a week sometimes) for most of the first half of 2022 as there are so few GF safe options around PTC. Happy to report a recent biopsy showed the damage had completely healed after my 2020 dx and GF diet change, which just confirms what I already knew — Island Fin is definitely celiac safe! I share this bc sometimes I’d wonder, is something this tasty really GF?! 😂

Everything except a few of the dry toppings (wontons, crispy onions, etc) is GF! Those that do contain gluten are at the very end of the line so less cross contamination concern. All sauces made with GF soy sauce. Really delicious poke and rare to have so many options at a poke restaurant!

Very fresh and healthy crest-your-own bowls. Almost everything on the menu is gluten free, except a few sauces and crispy toppings. There are so many choices that a Celiac will not feel slighted in the least! Dessert is an imitation Disney Dole Whip and it is AMAZING. (I may or may not have gone just to get take out dessert before). The manager is extremely knowledgeable about gluten and will discuss your options if need be. GF is clearly marked on their menus as well.

Items aren’t marked on the menu but the owner said that everything on their menu is GF except for two of the crunch toppings, wonton and garlic or onion something. New quick Poke restaurant in the Brownwood Square. The owner said that everything they have is gluten free except for some of their crunchy toppings. Quick service - similar to a Chipotle for Poke bowls. Offers seafood and chicken and vegetarian options.

I’d recommend confirming the soy sauce-style options are indeed gluten free and tamari based.

Food was very tasty and reasonably priced at $13 for a bowl before any premium toppings.

This is one of the best gluten free spots in Vegas. Everything is gluten free except for a few of the toppings and those are clearly marked to avoid any cross contamination. Delicious and so safe! Almost everything in the restaurant is gluten free, except a few of the optional toppings. All sauces are gluten free by default. They are VERY knowledgeable about gluten free. Everything in the restaurant is gluten free except the crunchy toppings. All of the sauces, meat, veggies, and marinades are gluten free. The dole whips are also gf and df which was a huge bonus for me. I explained to the staff that i had celiac and they were wonderful about explaining all of the above to me. Food was delicious and i had no ill feeling afterwards.

This is a gf heaven! Jeff and brenda Sproat, the owners, are the most down to earth people and anyone feels at home, there. The food is unbelievable. Being gf, restaurants can be scary. No worries here. I actually crave these bowls. Octopus, Ahi, salmon are some great proteins. Seaweed, ginger, edamame, surmi, mango and so very much more. Bottomline, this place is your gf heaven!

Excellent poke bowls! They use GF soy sauce and management confirmed everything was GF with the exception of the following toppers: wontons, fried onion and fried garlic….which also fortunately are the last stop in the assembly of each poke bowl minimizing cross contact. Dole whips too!!
