Everything on the menu is gluten free except for the buns, malt vinegar, and the california seasoning. Staff was very knowledgeable and changed their gloves. It was nice to eat poutine again!

Went out to eat with my family. The staff was knowledgeable, cleaned the areas, gloves, and made sure my meal was safe for me. It’s nice to have both quick and safe options for poutines and fries when the cravings hit! I highly recommend this location!

So good! Always safe, they have a dedicated fryer for their fries and their gravy is GF. Lots of options including the “fancy” poutines (butter chicken!) which are delicious.

Gravy and fries are yummy and safe. They switched hot dog suppliers, the weiners at some locations have gluten now, so make sure to ask before ordering!

Good experience no issues. We love poutine but didn’t realize is there was one at Eaton centre, so were excited to hear.

New York Fries are GF! I love having the Butter Chicken Poutine!!! Its so good!! The gravy is on the regular poutine is also gluten free (and vegetarian ).

Love new York fries, it's an indulgence I can count on in most mall food courts! Always check for updated info on the website, but they clearly list all allergens and currently the only items to avoid are the hot dogs, the California seasoning, and the malt vinegar. That's right, you can eat the cheese sauce and the gravy! This location in particular had very friendly staff. I'm just passing through town but cheers to a great experience.

I ordered the regular bacon and cheese poutine and was surprised that it came with cheese sauce and not gravy (my fault for not paying more attention to the menu) but it was a pleasant mistake. I was assured that everything is GF except the hot dog buns. The employee even double checked for me.

I love being able to go to a mall and not search for an option to eat with others in my group. Ny fries usually fits the bill. Occasionally I have gone to a location and may have got some cross contamination but it’s usually tolerable and for how often I risk it, I probably will continue to chance it at least until more mall food has evolved

Great gluten free French fries......

The staff said that the fries were gluten free and so was the gravy. So I ordered their classic poutine, told them very assertively that it’s an allergy and would like them to change their gloves. Not two minutes after finishing eating I was in BAD pain. Turns out the kids didn’t change their gloves and they used the same pump that they use for the hotdogs!

Fries and poutines (expect one) are gluten free. Nice quick place to get some fries and knowing it will be safe.
