Ordered their fajitas. When asked about gf, our waiter immediately suggested their soft corn instead of the wheat tortillas. Enjoyed their garlic shrimp

I went here twice. No problems either time! Menu had a few ‘gluten friendly’ items marked. I had the grilled chicken fajitas. They gave the choice of lettuce vs corn wraps. It came with rice, lettuce, tomato salad, chicken / grilled onion & peppers. I actually didn’t ask detailed questions on how anything was prepared. I told I need GF meal; celiac / can’t eat any gluten. I ate my whole order and had no problem at all. I wondered where they grilled the corn fajita wraps and really should have asked BUT I felt good!

They used to have an actual GF menu but they do not anymore and the options are super limited. I had the tacos last time on a soft corn tortilla and 1. It was not very good and 2. I definitely got glutened. Sucks cuz used to be good.

Had a great experience at here. Staff are very knowledgeable of allergies. They Have a dedicated deep frier and salads are also a gf side. Not only do they have fajitas but also corn tortillas that can be substituted. I had chicken enchiladas. Overall great experience. However I did notice not all options are listed on the menu, it wasn't until I talked to the server I realized. I wrote a review to the restaurant suggesting these be clear on the menu.

The chef was really great he made my steak bits from scratch. He also wasn't 100% sure if the dressing was GF so he omitted it for me. The menu has certain items marked as "gluten friendly" so it's a great starting point.
Yes
Great place to go and have some delicious fajitas. Followed directions and staff was very knowledgable and honest when it came to what I wanted to order! Haven't been sick here yet, been multiple times.
Yes
One of my go to places. The manager looked up everything and they learned how to make a gluten free margarita for me. Beware if you go to other locations. Some places do not have a separate fryer for the tortilla chips. Barrie does though :)
Yes
Knowledgeable staff, good GF options. Celiac safe chips, fajitas with corn tortillas or lettuce wraps, etc.
Yes
Very knowledgeable staff and love that they can mark on your order that it is an ‘allergy’ to ensure kitchen staff take due care and attention when preparing your meal. Have a dedicated fryer too. If I’m ever in London again, I will definitely be coming back.
Yes
Menu specified what items are gluten free or can be adapted. Staff are very helpful accommodating any dietary issues.
Yes
lots of gf stuff on the menu, and a separate fryer, but no separate grill, and cook could not guarantee lack of CC so the only available item was the salad.
No
They said that they are uncomfortable serving anyone with a serious gluten allergy or celiac, so it is not celiac friendly
Yes
Told server that I was celiac. Told that the free chips and salsa were good to go. Then told I could not order nachos because of seasoning. Asked for manager, told that they had contaminated the frier earlier. Manager even went into the hole fire temperature myth. Would like there to be a zero star option.
No
This particular location, I'm convinced, does not want celiacs there. I think management at this location does not share it's motivation to cater to the celiac public, as their head office does given they have an actual GF menu. They do not have a separate fryer. They serve their fajitas on corn tortillas that are not only not heated, they taste like the were left on the counter for days. They're inedible. The Caesar salad is just chicken. Not even Parmesan, bacon or dressing. I would not recommend this place. I would go to another location.
No
I've ordered the fajitas with corn tortillas a couple of times. They do have a designated fryer as well. The staff have been friendly and accommodating so far. They reassured me the food would be safe and I've eaten well there.
Yes
I always order the tortilla chips with salsa and the chicken fajitas with lettuce wrap. I am highly sensitive to cross contamination, and they are always so good about keeping food separate. Never an issue
Yes
This location does not cook their nachos in separate fryer like Lonestar franchise states they should. And risk of cross contamination of other gluten free menu items. This came directly from the manager.
Terrible service (we could never find our waitress), but my daughter enjoyed a steak and baked potato without getting sick. They do not have a dedicated frier, but we’re aware that was an issue for celiacs.
Yes
No idea about their other gf options as this is The fajita go-to place in Ottawa. I never get anything else (even before diagnosis). Get the lettuce wraps, way better than the corn wraps.
very aware staff. in house made chips. dedicated fry zone for GF.
Staff was very helpful with describing GF options. Manager initiated a visit to talk about what the server did not know. First time I've had deep fried chicken wings in 25 years! Delicious! Server also helped my friend save $13 on her bill by suggesting a different menu combination of what she wanted

Lots of GF items on their Gluten Friendly menu. So much choice now.

Celiac, didn't get sick. They have corn tortilla wraps. They'll fry fries in different oil if you order a gluten free order of fries.
Yes
Food is just OK. Loud music and lots of big bright televisions. Wouldn't eat here except that they're good for GF. No fryer.
Had a gluten free menu!
They can do the fajitas with substitute corn tortillas. Really good. Other options on the menu as well.
Yes
Gluten free fajitas available.

Great place! All Lone Star Texas Grill locations have the Gluten free menu! They need a GF beer on the menu though.... LOL
Was also not very confident eating here as the servers didn't seem to know much about gluten. The fajitas tasted good though and I did not react to them so I would eat here again.
Yes
Although friendly when I asked about Gluten Free items the response was we have corn wraps. The tortilla were tasty the wraps were disgusting. I didn't feel assured the ingredients for the fajitas were truly GF. The server seemed rushed and I wasn't able to ask what I needed to. So go if you are not hungry and would be satisfied with salsa and chips. They need to up their game with at least a list of what is GF.
Can get fajitas will corn tortilla wrap (not that good) or with lettuce wrap.
