I’ve ordered a couple of times from the gluten free menu. I order online and pick it up. I haven’t had any issues eating food from there. I really like the Asian salad no noodles with uncrusted grilled tuna. The tomato bisque is amazing! The price isn’t insane for the quality of food. The staff are friendly too!

Awful. Mistakes all over the place. And the quality of the food was poor. The employees were careless and indifferent.

I really want to give them 5 stars. They have healthy GF food, but they haven’t ventured into any variety or creativity with it. It’s just unglutened food. Soups, salads and order a few select things without a marinade. So it’s kind of bland. I literally got just plain chicken. I love the concept of the healthy fast(ish) food, love the atmosphere, but I hope they put more effort and creativity into the GF menu.

In theory, they have gluten free menu options... In practice, they are not knowledgeable about celiac safe practices and didn’t really seem to know what it is. They brought out my salad with fried chicken on it and a croissant with my soup on the first try, and they seemed confused and a little irritated when I asked for it to be remade gluten free.

I also had a 2 attempt experience ordering from the gluten free menu. I ordered this to go. The first time they put a hunk of bread on top of the salad I ordered FROM THE GLUTEN FREE MENU. The 2nd one was remade which I took home and after taking a bite realized they gave me a soy sauce based dressing (NOT THE GF SPECIFIC BALSAMIC I ORDERED!). Days later I’ve been paying for it and glued to the toilet. If you have celiac disease, DO NOT go here!!

Two attempts at GF orders totally messed up... ordered salmon from GF menu and reiterated no sauce, came dripping with gluten based sauce anyway. Another day, ordered grilled chicken tenders from GF menu, came deep fried with breaded crust. F2O not safe for celiacs sufferers.

They have a gf menu here. Primarily it’s just salads but can get grilled meats without marinade for the salads.

They have little to no gf options and know NOTHING about it. They suggested wheatberry rice as a gf food. I asked, does that contain Gluten, the answer was no. I would suggest steering clear of this place

Gluten free options available. I had Salmon entree naked (no marinade, sauce or seasoning). Not a good quality piece of Salmon but I didn't get sick so that is a plus. I had it with greens and apple slices. Restaurant not very clean and floors by bathrooms very slick & grimy.

Did not have any gf options when I visited. Reportedly they sometimes have gf salmon...but I had to wait in line only to hear they had no gf options.

They were knowledgeable and friendly. Ordered the Mediterranean salad and Lentil soup. They were out of the Apricot dressing so I didn't get the full salad experience. The salad was what you might expect. Heavy on iceberg lettuce which was disappointing. The Lentil soup was fantastic.

Amazing! So hard to find good gluten free options, but this place nailed it! The GF menu is not very robust, but I ordered a chicken breast - un marinated. It was perfectly cooked - nice and juicy with just the right amount of pepper and salt. The grilled veggies for the side were also perfectly cooked. I know people have said it's expensive, but you get what you pay for. Will definitely be back!

Those who say this is gluten free are liars. Waste of $13 for my salad. They cook the chicken. On the same surface as the buns. Do not eat here unless you choose to flirt with disaster. Those of you who are gluten optional, knock it off. We have a hard enough time getting people to take us seriously.

This place has never seemed to update the gluten-free menu. There are some really tasty choices on it, but they never have gluten-free soup, dessert or gluten-free bread. With over a half dozen gluten-free bakeries in Atlanta, that just doesn't make sense. There are so many other places with more interesting options in the area, this place isn't worth the trip these days.

If your looking for a quick and healthy lunch option, Fresh to Order hits the spot. The quality of food is fresh as the name implies, and the price is right.

The best thing about F2O is that they have a nice selection of gluten free items, and they have a separate menu that points out which items on their regular menu can be made gf. I also appreciated the fact that they note this specifically on the order and were aware when I asked them that the cooks need to change their gloves prior to making my food to avoid an cross contamination.

Their food looks good. The place was packed. Their set-up is somewhat unique. And their staff cares... But eating there made me sick - and this is why: the menu does not necessarily represent the served ingredients, and special requests when "allergy" is mentioned are not really understood.

I just can't eat out. I was excited about finding this app, but the sad truth is I can't eat out. It's too risky!

This means that me or my wife have to prepare every single meal or snack I consume. That's not so bad. But I can't go out for lunch with colleagues. I can't join friends for dinner (and actually eat). I have to either avoid or eat before family functions and then explain why I'm not eating dinner, or I'll leave before dinner is served.

This is the reality.

GF travelers have few options - consider F2O a good and relatively fast one in Atlanta airport, Concourse B. Good food, grilled chicken and salmon, salads as well. (Not many options if you can't eat lettuce like myself.) Staff seems to be knowledgeable about cross-contamination. SRC

Always order one of their salads with chicken It is always delish and more than I could possibly eat. Over the course of 2 years eating there the staff has messed up 2 times recently( but I also went at super busy time), they apologize and without hesitation redid the order. Then apologized some more, very sincere. Will go back!
