I stop here every time I'm in Jax to get a gf destroyer Italian sub. I'm a celiac and have never gotten sick from their food. They used to get their sub rolls from cookie momsters, but they must have changed their supplier. The sub contents are good, my family loves Larry's, but my sub was on a little hotdog bun today. Absolutely not an 8" sub roll and the $2.25 upcharge is unwarranted for this. I honestly won't go out of my way to come here in the future, unless I want a salad, because there are better local options for gluten free subs if we're wanting to eat bread. Just my 2 cents.

This is the only Larry’s location I go to in Jax. The ingredients taste fresher and they are always super careful making sure I’m not cross contaminated.

Went to this location by accident- meant to go to one with more recent and better reviews off of the highway. We got glutened- my boys had a sandwich on gluten free bread and one had hives within 30 minutes (only a few but it’s how his sensitivity shows up) and my throat was sore after eating the salad.

Found Larry's using this app on the way to Florida. It is very conveniently located off of I-95. It has the best GF sub rolls I've ever had in over 15 years of eating GF. The service was also very good. Highly recommended.

The staff had no clue about the gluten content whatsoever. The first woman I asked said they had a gluten free bun but that none of the meat or cheese was gluten free and the second woman I asked said she thought the ham was gluten free but I could read the labels on the meats and cheeses in the case if I wanted. They both rolled their eyes when I asked... not friendly, much less celiac friendly.

The best gluten free bread I have ever had! Definitely not Udi's! I called and spoke to them before ordering and they do take necessary precautions. I had the pastrami and corned beef and no issues at all. Just make sure to alert them when ordering. Their mobile app has a note section for that.

The staff does not understand customers with celiac disease. I asked about safe handling of food and cross contamination and they assured me that by labeling my order as an allergy all would be taken care of. I received a tasty but very non-safe turkey sub that was toasted on the shared roll toaster. I had a definitive gluten reaction to this meal. Definitely not celiac friendly.

Staff is very accommodating!!! I am very sensitive and have not had even the mildest gluten reaction!! Wonderful subs!! The bun does not overpower the fillings!! I have not been able to eat a sub in years!! I will definitely be going back!!

Not the best experience here. Food tasted good. But not safe from Contamination. Made on a shared grill with crumbs everywhere.

Wow!! It was so good, I thought for sure I was going to be sick from being Glutened. The bread didn’t fall apart, wasn’t tough and was really fresh!! It didn’t even have to be toasted to be amazing!!! This was my first Philly cheesesteak sandwich ever so I don’t have much to compare it to, but I will be stopping by this place again for lunch tomorrow b/c it was so good.

I have eaten here once before and was presently surprised with the options. This time we did the drive thru at midnight and ordered a hot sub on their good bread with no issues at all. Definitely recommend Larry’s

While we haven’t eaten at this particular location. This is a chain and we been to several franchises in town including one at Baymeadow’s, 5 Points area and Ponte Vedra Beach. My son who has celiac loves it! So happy to have this chain available for a fast food run.

I love how they keep their GF breads and wraps wrapped up individually. It makes me feel like they really do care about their Celiac customers needs. My daughter has eaten here 3 times and never feels ill. It is her favorite place to eat out.

Coworker ordered for me and picked it up, but let them know I had celiac. Sandwich wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was pretty darned good. If I'm ever in the area again I would visit here.

I'm so excited that Larry's has GF bread that tastes similar to their white bread. I spoke to their manager today, and he told me Larry's has a new GF bread vendor. It's great! Be sure to try it!

Larry's is a great option. Their GF bread is great and made local by a lady who has a celiac daughter I believe. She had a storefront bakery on San Jose for years but I'm not sure if she moved it or closed.

Always have the best sandwiches and they're a always fresh. Even for the next day they're good. Although there is an up-charge for the gluten free bread, it is still worth it considering the bread you can get holds together and tastes great.

I had the Cuban on the gf sub bun and it was delicious. All deli meats are gf and it clearly states that on the display case. I'm not usually a big fan of delis but it was so nice to have a real sandwich with my non-gf husband. I definitely recommend.

Terrible service. I ordered a gluten free Cuban. Cold, not hot as traditional because I was worried the press would be contaminated. The girl said the pork was frozen so they had to defrost it. They forgot the mustard and pickles...which is like the main part of a Cuban. Plus I even orders extra pickles on my sandwich so never mind that I guess. If I could give negative stars I would. I'm sure I'll be getting sick. But for $25 for two sandwiches I kind of needed to eat it. Oh! And the two ends on the sandwich has no meat on them. So just bread for $10. But it was great bread.

This place is incredible. 12 inch subs on gluten free bread?! Dream come true. This place takes such care in preventing cross contamination, I've never gotten sick here. You can get most of the sandwiches options except ones like the meatball and pizza. Staff is very knowledgable! I'd highly recommend. This is my new favorite place to eat.

Delicious subs! The bread was so good it was scary... GF people know what I mean... You take a bite and have trouble believing that it's actually GF. (It was GF apparently... I'm still alive!) Lots of options. Antibiotic free chicken.. Cage free eggs.... Yum. 8" & 12" gf subs. Friendly service. This location also had a nice outdoor area so our pup could sit outside with us.

First sub I've had in SIX YEARS! And it was AMAZING! Woo-hoo! My husband and I were passing through GA on 95 and found Larry's on the Find Me GF app and I'm so glad we did! Gluten free sub roll (soft and toasted to perfection) and food that was safe to eat! I am allergic to wheat so cross contamination isn't as big of a deal for me as it is for celiacs. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Good arrived quickly and was reasonably priced. I'm looking forward to our next trip down 95 so I can go there again! ☺️

This is a standard sub shop that offers GF bread. No process for cross contamination. Crumbs can fall into first row ingredients. Toaster is not safe.
