We had a good experience here. They asked when seating us if anyone had allergies and when I told them I was celiac, they gave me a separate gluten free menu. I had the garlic bread with carmelized onions for a starter which was pretty solid and a pizza for my meal. The pizza was nothing special, but it hit the spot after a long day. The food all comes out with flags to mark that’s it’s gluten free which is always reassuring.

Went to prezzo this evening for my sons birthday and was asked straight away if there were any dietary requirements, I told them my partner was gluten free and they grabbed us the GF menu along with a book of allergens.

All GF food came out with a gluten free flag in it and the waitress recommended the best GF chocolate cake my partner has ever had!

I was given a Separate menu for Gluten Free and ordered through the manager. He explained that they prepare/make it in a separate area with separate Kitchenware and even change their aprons and wash their hands. Was very accommodating and did not make me feel bad for having to ask so many questions about their gluten allergy process. The menu was approved by the UK Coeliac association which can be seen on the menu as well. Overall, my food was great and I walked away without any complaints.

They have an extensive separate GF menu. Only wish was that there were more meatless options for the pastas. A manager comes and takes your order. The manager also supervises the prep of your meal. They have many procedures in place to prevent cross contamination. I had the margarita pizza - it’s made in a separate pan and they even use separate sauce so that there’s no contamination with the ladle and gluten pizzas. The pizza was good.

They had a separate gluten free menu with a range of pizza and pasta options. They do not offer gluten free burger buns and the chips are not gluten free either which is a disappointment. Although there were plenty of gluten free options, I found the selection uninspiring and the pasta I ordered was bland. Wouldn’t go again!

The main waitress brought me an extra menu with only gluten-free dishes. In addition, all gluten-free options or alternatives were also noted on the regular menu (as well as desserts). Went here for evening meal. The head waiter took our order and the menu was fully gf from pizza to pasta and everything in between. It was like eating REAL Italian food and delicious. Added bonus to know that everything was gf. Can totally recommend
