I'm very sad to have to update this . But I had a horrible experience cross contamination. And then the staff accused me of putting the noodles in my rice bowl . Would not recommend.

This is one of my safe spots! I love their spicy teriyaki chicken and fried rice. They have their menu labeled for all gf options. I have never gotten sick from it (celiac). Love it!

I have eaten here a few times since it opened. GF options are listed on menu. They have a gf appetizer on menu. The staff seems knowledgeable about gf options. Not sure if it's celiac friendly.

After a lot of research, I decided to try Teriyaki Madness. They claim that their Teriyaki sauces are house-made and are GF. I had read online that others had issues with cross-contamination when eating the stir fry veggies, so I went with the Teriyaki chicken bowl over fried rice and no veggies. I made sure to go during a non-busy time. I told them that I am celiac and asked if they could make mine in a clean wok, which they were happy to do.
The bowl was very good and I did not get sick! Since then, I have eaten the dish (both regular and spicy) several times and have had zero issues. They are not a dedicated kitchen, and some staff aren't familiar with celiac or gluten. When I run across that, I just ask for the manager so they can make sure the meal is prepared safely.

I enjoy coming here as a nice quick option to eat out. I can’t do Panda Express or most Asian restaurants. But this is one place that offers a quick bite, delicious and they’re friendly.
I always get the teriyaki chicken, rice and veggie bowl. Their sauce is gluten free. And I let them know I’m celiac and I haven’t had any symptoms. I feel it pretty quickly too if I’ve ingested any or had cross contamination.

Teriyaki Madness is a restaurant that offers Japanese fare. The menu is mostly gluten free with the exception of the katsu chicken and yakisoba noodles. Most locations make their sauces in-house and are gluten free.

I was nervous because teriyaki usually have gluten in it, but they’re teriyaki is house-made and gluten free! They have menu items indicated with a GF symbol. I got the tofu teriyaki with white rice and veggies. It was delicious! Customer service was great as well! I would just recommend they get gluten free soy sauce too.

Based on the plentiful allergen information on the chain website I ordered a bowl with fried rice, spicy chicken, and vegetables and told them I needed it GF. I didn't see any evidence of precautions against cross-contamination but I did not get a reaction. I wasn't particularly impressed by the food, but GF fried rice is hard to find and the service was quick so I give them credit for that. Items that can be made GF are marked on the menu.

Teriyaki Madness is now one of my go-to quick meal options. While they do have non-GF menu items, they make their own Teriyaki sauce - GF and delicious. My favorites are the Teriyaki Chicken bowl and the Teriyaki Steak bowl. People who like fish say the salmon bowl is good, too. And they have packaged GF marshmallow-rice treats if you, like me, have a sweet tooth.

I am so happy we went in and asked about their gf options. Their website has a great allergen pdf but I wanted to triple check that I would be safe. The staff was so helpful and assured me that I would be safe to eat here and they were right! They also have gf soy sauce if you ask for it. Loved it. Great food!

Update 8/2/23: Ordered the spicy teriyaki chicken bowl but didn't request it gluten free. My bride got glutened :( ... Corporate site says some locations make their own sauces but you should always request gf. Possibly different management now.

Not celiac friendly. Called ahead to ask, the staff assured that all sauces were GF, but 1hr after eating the teriyaki (which we confirmed again was GF before ordering) my husband ended up glutened.
The fact that they have normal soy sauce on every table should have been a clue.

UPDATE: Apparently if the menu says GF it means it’s always GF whether you ask it to be or not. I’m keeping the safety rating the same bc no one working that night knew anything about the food being GF so still proceed with caution.
ORIGINAL: The food is delicious but when my mom and I ordered the same meal but one gluten free, they had no clue which was gluten free and refused to remake it. Never going back

Gluten free was clearly marked on the menu but other than there wasn't a lot that made me super confident in safety of gf food. The people working there definitely didn't have a great sense of how safe things were though they did let me know anything in the fryer wouldn't be safe, and, when I pressed, that they had separate tongs. I ordered anyway due to previous good reviews but I'm not sure I would go back.

Honestly can say this was one of the best gluten free dining experiences I’ve ever had. The cooks came out and clarified a bunch of things with me to keep me safe and it felt like their cared about my safety as much as I do. Also food was delicious so I’ll definitely be coming back.
This location keeps noodle water and steamed vegetables separate but just ask to make sure. Also, spicy chicken is wok fried and they say it most likely gets cross contaminated in the process so just request the teriyaki chicken (grilled only) with spicy sauce on the side 💕

Staff dangerously uneducated - asked if soy sauce used was gluten free, told it was gluten free, had them read off the ingredients which included “wheat”. Staff honestly did not know wheat contained gluten. Furthermore, I could see the line cook and it was very clean they did not care and indicated to have the waitstaff tell me it was gluten free - when it wasn’t.

Items in the menu are marked that they can be made GF. I was paranoid that my meal was not prepared GF because it was not designated on the receipt or marked in any way on the container. That being said, I did not get sick. The chicken teriyaki wasn’t amazing but I’m just glad to have had Asian food again.

I tried this place 3 times. I got sick every single time. They say all thier sauces are GF, but I reacted each time I tried it. Not good for celiacs.
The veggies are often cooked with the gluten noodles so I ask to not have veggies on my bowl. My bowl came with veggies and I asked to have it remade without the veggies because of my gluten allergy. The staff took the rice from the old bowl that had veggie bits in it and added it to a new bowl upside down with some chicken and handed it back to me. I watched them do it and heard them complain about it! Allergies are not taken seriously here- beware!

They got my order wrong so I wasn't able to eat it (I can't do spicy and they gave me the spicy chicken by mistake). My husband said the chicken was ok but "not that good" and that the veggies (he had the broccoli only) didn't taste good either--tasted like frozen broccoli and lacked seasoning. We won't be back.
