Can anyone recommend a good gluten free pancake mix?

• kristi86229 Pamela’s make a great GF waffle or pancake mix, it’s expensive but my son has been eating Pamela’s pancake mix everyday for the past 4 years. We do add GF chocolate chips.

• retrorenee I use Bobs Red Mill 1:1 GF flour & their pancake recipe online, with Flax milk (DF) just add till it’s the consistency you want. Always good!
