    My go-to flour for any baking that requires yeast. I substitute this 1 to 1 in regular recipes and the results are delicious! (The only other change I make to the recipes is sometimes adding a little baking powder.) (For non-yeast baking, Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 GF flour works better)

    This makes wonderful baked goods, but it is not lactose free. It has a little bit of milk powder in it that may cause tummy issues for those also sensitive to dairy.

  • It added a really odd taste to my baked goods. It was close to expiration date though, maybe that’s why. I personally wouldn’t repurchase

    Seriously the BEST gf flour! Works just like regular flour. I’m a very regular baker — cakes, cookies, streusels, pies, biscuits, scones, etc — and have made so many “regular” recipes where this holds up so beautifully. My friends don’t know that it’s gluten-free either, it’s that good. I’m a big Smitten Kitchen fan and love making Deb’s recipes with Cup4Cup!

    My very picky family (I’m the only one with a wheat allergy) couldn’t tell the difference between chocolate chip cookies made with this flour and regular flour. And one of my teens doesn’t like homemade cookies but but tried them to help with our taste test and she loved them too and now likes homemade cookies. My husband said he’s never eating gluten cookies again because these were so very good. It’s the same recipe I’ve always used just used this flour instead. And I tried other GF flours with this recipe too and u could tell the difference with those flours. This flour is a much pricier than the others but worth it for baking.
