AlexisMangat What is your favorite OTC Gf flour blend? We have used King Arthur’s predominantly and Americas Test Kitchen blend. What are the thoughts on others Bobs, Namaste etc thanks 11 months ago

Mari I find King Arthur’s to be too grainy. I really liked Bob’s red Mills. It tends to be really good for cookies and pies. It has good texture for waffles and muffins and cakes too, though it can be a bit dense, for those things. I have started using Cup4Cup, which is my new favorite. It is a couple dollars more than King Arthur or Bob’s Red Mill, but it is so worth it. It gives a great texture and flavor. Now, I tend to mostly use Cup4Cup, but will sometimes supplement with Bob’s Red Mills.

maura_h My favorite is the Americas test kitchen blend. I tried others but the results weren’t as consistent. Bobs red mill is my back up but seemed to dry out some baking.
