I'm sorry to say that I had a different experience than others did here. The server changed her gloves and I ordered salad with pulled chicken. I had a reaction to the chicken and suspect the spices are not safe.

I was afraid to eat here but I was wrong. The server changed her gloves and advised me of their gf options. Had the pulled chicken with corn and slaw and was safe and no pain. Definitely I will be back.

I told the waitress that I needed gf. A lot of the menu was gf, which was a plus. The food was just okay. I had the ribs, green beans and the beans. Ribs weren’t that great. The green beans, meh. The baked beans were the best. My kid had the collard greens. Didn’t like them. I went off of the reviews here. I wasn’t satisfied with the food but the most important thing is that I didn’t get sick.

I told the girl I had celiac, she wrote gluten on my tray, changed her gloves and was very careful with my food. I got the pulled chicken and pulled pork, collard greens & green beans. All was very good and I had no reaction.

I had the six shooter with a side of baked beans and it was so much food! But great food! I told them about my gluten allergy up at the counter and they changed gloves and took out fresh ingredients. Definitely recommend!

I ate here yesterday and had no reaction. I am sensitive like Celiac but I have EoE. I had the 2x2 meal (way too much food). I had pulled pork, bbq chicken, collard greens and green beans. I ate the mustard BBQ sauce too. No reaction, and I'm very sensitive. I also LOVED how the menu was clearly marked with so many GF options. I feel comfortable eating here again. Oh, and it's delicious!

Amazing food! The staff are beyond careful and so well trained on cross contamination. Their brisket, sweet potatoes, and cheese grits are so good. I order the: SIX SHOOTER Cheese grits topped with pulled pork, coleslaw, pickles, jalapeños and 4R Signature Sauce to create the perfect blend of sweet and savory. Highly recommend if you love BBQ!
Yes

Meats and sauces GF. Clear explanations on website. Solid BBQ at a decent price and even has vegan options. Possible contamination risk when serving rolls etc if not advised prior, but overall feels pretty safe with the meats served by ladles.

Absolutely perfect for celiac. They changed gloves several times and made sure everything was safe for me. They have a list of everything for you also.
