Was great to have both savory AND sweet options. Much appreciated some lunch options beyond basic baked goods. Super bonus that the staff and owner were so warm and kind.

Drove 50 miles to get here....was the best bakery we have found! Such a treat to have everything gluten free. Delicious lunch. Sourdough bread and goodies to go.

An absolutely incredible little place! So many options for breakfast and lunch. We ate lunch, then got frozen lasagna to go and had it for dinner. They also ship!

Everything in the facility is gluten free! We love stopping here on our way to the cascades and love the variety of menu items available (baked goods, sandwiches, and even milkshakes)! Food was delicious, highly recommend.

This place is perfect! It has amazing customer service, along with their amazing variety of gluten-free food! Me and my mom live a little over an hour from Five B’s, so we don’t make it out here often, but it’s always worth the trip! As the only person with celiac in their family of 6, this place is a big deal for me, and it’s been able to become me and my mom’s special place. ❤

Best bakery we’ve ever been to! Dedicated GF EVERYTHING is amazing. Worth the trip from anywhere in WA. We stop often on our way back from camping and fill our freezer with GF goodies.

GF bakery! I got the lemon chiffon cake, an apple fritter, and a sourdough boule. The lemon chiffon cake was great, the apple fritter was pretty good (I ate it a day later, so I’m assuming it would have been better fresh). I did not like the sourdough boule. I’m picky and have baked sourdough plenty, and I thought it tasted overly sour in an artificial way. I’m also not fully GF yet— waiting for endoscopy— so i may not be removed enough from gluten too appreciate it fully. They had a wide range of offerings that all looked really good. I was impressed by the texture of the cake— I think achieving that would be difficult with alt flours. I’d come back again to try more if I lived anywhere near here. Stop on your way into North Cascades to grab snacks for the day!

Hands down the best GF bakery in Skagit County! They've got everything you could ever dream of, and they even sell their goods at shops around the county (because their home kitchen can be far away for some). Em, the owner, is such a lovely person, as is her staff.

EVERY. SINGLE. THING there is gluten free! The owner is the sweetest woman! She has celiac herself and knows how it is to when you can't eat gluten. The food is absolutely fantastic! You never know it was gluten free! Everything we ate was to die for. There is also delicious dairy free things too! Love love LOVE this place! If you get the chance to talk with the owner definitely do so, wonderful person

Absolutely love this place! I bought quite a few of the frozen baked goods like bagels, buttermilk biscuits and dinner biscuits. We treated ourselves to 5 yummy baked goods from the display cases. Death by chocolate cake was amazing! The Carmel apple hand pie was a dream come true for this Celiac sufferer!😘 Go there...support this business! Buy from them online! Try the shockingly delicious Sandwich buns! I wish I had bought more!

This is a jewel in the mountains!!! It was so exciting to find this near North Cascades National Park. The food is amazing and the staff so nice. She was kind dealing with my son's and my excitement to find food that was completely safe to eat. The food is so good!!!!

Dedicated restaurant/bakery so it's celiac safe! Family owned. Incredibly welcoming, helpful, and friendly staff. Food is home made, seasonal, and very delicious. So nice to walk in knowing I can have whatever I want from their extensive menu. Great for breakfast or lunch. Definitely worth a trip. Take home bagels, breads, and sweets for later! Bagels freeze well.

We visited 5b's this weekend and brought along a friend visiting from Norway. She and my son have celiac disease. They were able to pick anything on the menu...what a treat! Our friend went for the grilled cheese & soup of the day, which was loaded with vegetables. She loved it. My son had the ham cheese sandwich and a waffle cone with vanilla ice cream. He said it was delicious. I am gluten sensitive and enjoyed the chicken salad sandwich with a cup of vegetable soup. It was so good! I highly recommend the drive up to Concrete - you won't be disappointed.

We stopped by here while hiking the pacific crest trail. I had never been anywhere entirely gluten free and it was amazing!! In fact we made a special trip about a month later. The owner was so nice and is celiac as well. The brilliant idea of the bakery was her sons. You won't regret going there. I suggest the salmon quiche and cinnamon rolls !

So glad to find their waffle ice cream cones at a natural grocery on San Juan Island, they were delicious! Will find our way to the bakery one day.

Most amazing place I have ever been too. Totally GF facility, but even my gluten eating husband loved everything we ate over the course of a few days. The "s'mores" cupcakes were amazing, as was their bread, cinnamon buns and breakfast.

Love the food and the business owners. I always make a point to stop in what driving Hwy 20. It's even worth the trip as a destination if you have a few hours to burn and like pretty drives!

This is a great place. It is a must visit if you are passing through. Everything is Gluten Free. It is a dedicated facility so there is no risk of cross contamination. It is a bakery/cafe type place. You can get a nice breakfast or lunch in the cafe section and take things to go.

Excellent food at very reasonable prizes. We stopped at this place on our way back from North Cascades National Park, after I had read the other reviews on here. The service is great, and the food delicious. There are even non-dairy options for several of the drinks. I loved the fact that one can not only have a full meal but also have yummy desserts afterwards (I recommend the milkshakes and orange cheesecake). Make sure to stop by this place if you are anywhere near Concrete! This bakery and eatery is not just great for people who can't have gluten (yay for no worries about cross contamination!) but also for people who don't have any gluten sensitivities.

Excellent food. Came across this dedicated gluten free bakery that's more than a bakery. Today, we ordered a Sunday brunch special of veggie quiche, salad served with a blueberry focaccia bread. Another person ordered a Monte Cristo sandwich, also excellent. Took home savory pies, a cookie and blueberry pie. Looking forward to going back!
