Lots of gluten free options, very careful with separate preparation area, separate cutters, done very well to be very safe.
Friendly staff and awesome pizza. They don’t skim on the toppings! Also they have an arcade area for kids!
Such a wonderful experience! Not only was the entire staff incredibly knowledgeable about celiac, but they also went above and beyond to make sure there was no cross contamination. To elevate this experience even more, the GF pizza was very yummy. I’m always wary of small town GF options, but I was blown away by this!

It’s become our family tradition to stop here on our way out to the northwest coast. This place is so delicious! They seem to know about being safe from cross contamination. I’ve never gotten sick and I’m very sensitive to gluten.
Such yummy pizza!!! The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable about cross contamination. The garlic chicken pizza was amazing!!! Highly recommend this place. Possibly the best gluten free crust I have ever had!
The staff was very knowledgeable about Celiac Disease and the gluten free pizza was amazing. I even brought one home to my husband and his words were "it's very good." Which says a lot!
I’m always a little hesitant about eating in small towns, but the other reviews were spot on. The woman who took my order knew exactly what she was talking about and was super friendly. The pizza is also SO GOOD, and not just “gluten-free good.”
There is a possibility of cross contamination because they do cook regular gluten pizzas, however they were very knowledgeable and cleaned everything that could possibly touch gluten before preparing my pizza.
There is the option for a mini pizza that is 7 inches around and is perfect for one person servings as well as a larger pizza that I think is 10 inches that would be better if sharing between two people. The mini was pretty small though, but perfect for just me to eat!
My non celiac family had gluten free pizzas as well and said that they tasted just like normal pizzas!
Traveling thru and had a great experience close to interstate, fairly quick service
This is a gem in the rough. We travel through the area often and I don't know how we've been missing this. They have a dedicated area and change gloves when preparing gluten free pizzas. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. And they have a good salad bar. My Hysband is Celiac and had no issues. We will make this a regular stop.
I have eaten here many times as I live in a nearby town. I’m celiac and I have not been sick after eating here.
Abby's has excellent gluten-free pizza. The staff is very knowledgeable about gluten and wheat allergies. The manager told me that there are a couple of people in town who have severe gluten allergies, so they take extra precaution when someone orders gluten-free pizza (separate prep line, change gloves, all toppings are prepared away from gluten). The food was delicious and prepared reasonably quickly. I liked the atmosphere and the dining area was clean and well-lit. I will definitely go back to Abby's if I am in Pendleton again.
Awesome experience! The staff is extremely knowledgeable. They showed me the gf dough ingredients, they changed gloves, wiped down surfaces and put the pizza on a clean screen by itself in the oven. It is delish pizza, fresh salad bar.
fantastic pizza, one of the best gf crusts i have had. I wish I would have ordered extra to eat the next day for lunch on our road trip! Definitely will stop by anytime I'm headed thru Oregon.
Well informed--separate line of toppings for gf pizzas, separate boards/cutters, very knowledgable. Felt safe eating there and didn't have a reaction.

I’ve eaten here so many times and I’ve never had a problem. Can’t speak to how they prepare the pizza, but I’ve never once been glutened here, so we don’t even mention my allergy anymore. Though, they do keep our usual order on file, so that may mention my allergy. So nice to have a safe place to eat pizza!
I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to order a pizza that was safe to eat! The website has a very thorough nutrition and allergen listing which was extremely helpful in deciding to try Abby’s. I was able to specify my allergies and cross-contamination concerns in the online order. The GF crust was delicious and I was in pizza heaven. Overall, I didn’t get sick and everything was delicious. Every step of the process was so easy, and I can’t wait to order here more :)
Super crispy crust, probably one of the better gf pizza crusts I’ve had. Was reassured when I ordered that they had a safe system in place, including a separate prep station and clean tool to cut the pizza. The gf pizza is only available in 10”.
We tried the GF pizza and wings here and both were delicious. The pizza crust was excellent, a full side of wings was 15 large pieces (!) and they even had a nice choice of wines to choose from. I have celiac disease and experienced no reaction to the food I consumed that night.
Great gluten free pizza. Only on the 10”. There is a charge for going gluten free. Changed gloves and knife.
