Warning: they slice their "gluten free " bread on a shared slicer. And they don't yell you that unless you ask. After finding out, I ordered the hummus plate. I was told that was a good option because the crackers were rye crackers. Asked them to leave the crackers off of my plate. After finding a piece of cracker on my hummus, I took the plate back to the counter.

Ordered the GF avocado toast and it was delicious! Asked if they have superset GF toasters and they said they toast their bread on the grill which is a GF space.

Never had any problems! Staff was knowledgeable. GF bread available and was pretty good. Great for a quicker delicious meal

Sure they make their own GF bread but they don't mark anything on the menu as gluten free. The waitress cheerfully told me everything was GF if we just substituted the bread. So, I sent her back to the kitchen to find out about the binder for the bean burger - gluten of course. They cook everything on the same grill. Don't be fooled. We walked out and bought a safe if boring lunch at the Trader Joe's next door.

It was nice to have gluten free options and to have gf bread but their grilled cheese didn't have much flavor. If it wasn't for the bacon it wouldn't have any. Very pricy for a grilled cheese without flavor. I will try ordering something different next time.
Ordered GF for first time here. Had avocado toast on very yummy GF bread, which was homemade onsite. I was pleasantly surprised!

Excellent option for GF breakfast, though choices are limited. However the Atwaters on Falls road also has GF french toast! Service is great and seem to be allergy educated.

I was somewhat dissapointed. They get kudos for making their own GF bread. It has a nice atmosphere. The service was quick and friendly. The problem was with the food and the way it was served. I had the brisket sandwich. The meat was tough and stringy. Also, it was piled in a big clump in the middle of the bread, with just about nothing around the edges. When I tried to take a bite, all of the meat wanted to come out at once, and when the bread tried to bend around the clump in the middle, the bread crumbled apart, leaving me with a messy unformed handful. The taste was OK, but it was not much fun to eat. Maybe choosing something else would have led to a better result.

My #1 favorite spot for gluten-free bread. They make their own and they sell the loaves. I always order breakfast with gluten-free toast or a grilled cheese. It is amazing!
Such a cute place. The Barista was very familiar with celiac disease and made sure that everything was marked and made in a safe environment. All sandwiches can be made with GF substitutes. I didn’t get sick afterwards and will definitely go back if I get a chance.

In the kitchen while making GF sandwiches they are able to avoid cross-contamination by using new utensils and not toasting the bread, however, I spoke to one of the managers who just informed me that the gluten-free bread is sliced in the same machine as the regular bread each morning. She told me that they slice the gluten-free bread first thing in the morning when the machine is “clean“ but I still won’t be eating here again because it’s too risky. It is unfortunate because I’ve eaten here twice with no issues before I was told that the bread all goes through the same machine but I can’t take the risk again.

So, it’s a beautiful spot. With a beautiful menu. And lovely people. And man I’m grateful for the option of a gf sandwich. But wow this is terrible bread. It’s bread. But that’s as much as you can hope for.

Delicious food. Yummy coffee drinks. Awesome atmosphere. There is GF bread; important: if you are celiac, ask that bread be sliced with a clean knife rather than the kitchen slicer, which also slices gluten bread.

I adore Atwaters! Food is delicious, and I've never had an issue with getting sick. They will change gloves and avoid cross contamination if you specify that you have an allergy, and they have a separate toasting method if you ask.
