good fresh food, easy to eat gf as things are marked and they pay attention when you say gluten free. I have eaten here 4 times with no issues.

This is the only place I’ve seen GF falafel and it was very good. I had the Mediterranean bowl. They said all the items were GF but I would be concerned if you are sensitive to cross contamination since everything is lined up next to each other (like at Subway). But I enjoyed my food and didn’t have issues.

Really good food, great values, lots of vegan, veg, and meat options, but also lots of opportunities for cross contamination.

This was a tough one. Tons of GF choices, and a great healthy menu. But the cross contamination makes it lose a few stars. I watched them spoon hummus across someone's wheat pita, and return it to the hummus. Be very careful how and what you order.

The only restaurant that I'm aware of which serves gluten-free pita bread! Several gluten-free desserts. Best gf deli in SLC.

I absolutely love this place. Their cranberry dressing is so good. They sweet potatoes are amazing and their food is very clean. I am allergic to corn and gluten and I can eat there. They even have gluten free cheese bread that is super yummy.

Most of the items on the menu are gluten free. They have gluten free breakfast options, gluten free sandwiches, gluten free cookies, gluten free croutons(!), and my favorite..a gluten free cheese bread! So pleased with the healthy choices that are at this restaurant too! So many options for all the GF friends!!

The food is really good, I'll give them that. The first time I ate there it was great. The next two times I got sick. They have plenty of GF options but they've got gluten options as well and I don't think they're very careful with preventing the cross contamination. If you just need GF you'll love it, if you're a Celiac I'd advise you to avoid it.

My husband and I ordered lots of food to try and share. Very Berry Salad, Chicken Curry Bowl, Banana Monkey Smoothie, cheesy bread, and the ice cream. It was all so delicious! And I really loved the cheesy bread, didn’t taste GF at all! I loved how clean and healthy the food was as well.

The food looks and tastes good, but order something GF and you get the pita bread. Asked for them to remake it and I'm 99% certain they didn't; and the employee was kind of rude about it. "You didn't say not pita when you asked for GF." My husband got violently sick; I take much longer to react.

Terrible, they had no clue what they were doing. Nothing my son could eat.

The food is good BUT the gluten free cheese bread is cooked on the same surface of the regular pita (Lehi location). The owner said that he now instructed the cooks to use a different surface but for your safety ask to separate the bread when you place your order!

They were exceptional. Gluten Free pita bread made separately from regular. Over half of the restaurant is GF. Lots of options and very tasty. Be aware, they make only so many gf pita breads per day. Came back second day and they were totally out. Very disappointing since it is one of their signature offerings.
