I ordered a DF GF pizza and it was delicious! Diced tomatoes, spinach, onions, pepperoni, mushrooms.
Multiple staff were not knowledgeable about what items were gluten free. They didn’t have any gluten free pastas like the Addison location does. I was very disappointed.
I hadn't eaten here in over a year, since the last time it seemed difficult to get to speak to a manager about cross contamination.. I had to go through the waitress, who was nice but not knowledgeable enough.
This time it was much better. We went on January 6th (Sunday) at around 4:30 pm. The waitress we had was excellent and she willingly brought me the manager who meticulously went over the process of how they minimize cross contamination. She said they can use separate ingredients and change gloves, etc. They now have a new crust which is much better and more normal of a pizza crust. We were concerned about the fact that the new crust is round like their regular pizza and we may get served the wrong one, but she reassured us that the GF ones have a distinct edging around them and she was right! We will definitely go back again!

I agreed with Michele. Homewood location has added 4 new GF deserts now. Still missing a GF beer. Hard to eat pizza without beer! Maybe someday.
Aurelio's has two different size gluten free pizza crusts, L'il and Small. All of their toppings are gluten free. I eat here frequently and have never had an issue. It was my favorite pizza before I was gluten free and still is! Just remember not all of the franchised locations offer the same menu, this one is still owned by the original family.

Great pizza and felt totally fine! The crust is about 1/2 inch thick and the sauce was SO flavorful. Plus it’s a 13 inch which is one of the biggest GF pizzas I’ve had
They recently changed their gluten free crust and it is really good. It’s hard to tell it’s gluten free. It is also larger than their prior crust. I highly recommend!
Aurelios is my go to for pizza. They use special precautions, and their staff knows when you tell them it's for someone with Celiac, take care. I've never had issues. It's nice to know that I can order out pizza somewhere.
Their gluten free pizza is amazing! The only thing I saw that was wasn’t normally gluten free is their pizza though. Super nice staff and great service!
Cross contamination because pans are used for both regular and gluten free pizza.
