I’ve eaten here four times. I’ve only gotten sick once. Their gf pizza is pretty good. But if you’re really sensitive cross contamination could be a problem.
Only choices are gf pizza in three sizes. They no longer serve gf garlic bread and they do not offer gf beer.
The food was awesome and the service was too. They took the time to ensure I knew that the owner is GF and insists on high standards and takes great care to guard against cross contamination. I was a little worried admittedly, but after the first bite I fell in love with pizza all over again. I They also have GF garlic bread/pizza bread, serve Woodchuck Cider if you are dining in, and are working on finding a pasta. Well worth it.
This Aurelios is super conscious of gluten sensitivities... the Crown Point and Winfield Aureilios locations are owned by a gentleman that is gluten free...so they understand cross contamination. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Ask for Dana or Lindsay.. Dana is the GM of these properties and Lindsay a manager... They are sisters and are super helpful and really know how serious staying completely gluten free is to many of us.. The GF pizza i had at the Crown Point location was awesome... i believe it came in a few sizes... The Winfield location even has other options for GF items! This is my new Go To place for safe and amazing GF Pizza!
